What exactly is a “cold chiller unit”?

Maybe a cold storage unit for bodies, like in a morgue.

To keep a dead president (or others) in, to get them home.

Or to hold these bodies and pretend they are alive.

You can see I have watched too much TV, “24”, etc.

I don’t know about for bodies, but they probably carry lots of meds and blood that need cooling.
