Sad. A warrant would be required only if an F.B.I. agent wants to look at emails about a subject of an open criminal investigation for which there is no national security angle, not needed for other activities.

From what I understand it’s essentially already over.
The dems have too many of their goons on the payroll to really want a shutdown anyway.
Maybe this will go down as the shortest (schumer)shutdown in history.
