OK by me. If this had been the law of the land years ago, Bill Clinton would have been diagnosed as a clinical psychopath, Obama as a Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and Hillary as an Antisocial Personality.Trump might be diagnosed as Histrionic Personality Disorder, which is far more benign than any of the above.

If someone is functioning as an adult, it’s almost a criminal act to accuse them of being some sort of nut job from Jekyll Island.

Baseless speculation about it alone should be grounds for legal action. That kind of thing could cause someone to become unemployable. It won’t work with Trump, but he’s a special case.

I’ve seen slanderous charges raised by Democrats destroy careers. Look at Roy Moore.

All the way down to Sheriffs...

We had a REALLY bad/criminal one elected in 1994. He was caught, and quietly disappeared from office (finally, after most of the white staff were fired, and a person under investigation from another county was placed in charge of IA AND another was placed as Chief Deputy, second in command, whom was also under investigation from another county).

BTW, the newly elected Sheriff was the first Democrap elected for that position in more than 40 years.. probably will be the last too because of the damage he had done (and a pet rock is/was smarter than him).

OH.. he also had a son that had been working as a jailer... after He was elected, he made sure that his son was the first one to get promoted to patrol.. go figure (that didn’t work out well, go figure ;^)).

Maybe Congressmen, journalists, and entertainers should be forced to take the same exam.

We would run out of entertainers pretty quickly ;^)

Do they have a Test to see if a Democrat Presidential Candidate is a Communist?

The Democrats do know that the requirements to be President are already spelled out in the Constitution right?

I wish the Congress would define what a Natural Born Citizen is just for yuks.

“Right to know whether the candidate has the mental fortitude to withstand the pressures of the office.”

I thought that was one purpose of the extended campaign. If a candidate can withstand the nonstop pressure and examination of the primaries and general election campaign, it is a good indication the candidate has a lot of fortitude and stability. In this last election, Trump proved he could work like a horse and still retain his sanity. SO he proved his fitness while Hillary failed. (Incidentally, I am a fairly normal person and a few years younger than the President, but no way could I have done a tenth of what Trump did in his campaigning.)

We all know that all real Republicans will be deemed mentally unfit, Communist style.

Most psychologists and psychiatrists are uber-LIBs. You want them to the suggested “testing”? Idiots!

Too easily slanted by the physician’s political views, unless it’s just lab results and a physical exam, which would not indicate anyone’s sanity. Just another political trick, IMHO.

I would second that, perhaps even extend it to all politicians and government officials. Work for the Fed, state local, including police, fire, and teachers.
If pilots, train drivers, power company and oil field workers are deemed sensitive, then so should all the others. I wouldn’t be surprised if the percentage that couldn’t pass was more than half.

First. This would be unconstitutional! Second, it would immediately rule out half the Democrat 2020 field!

I want all the House, Senate and their staffs to be drug tested every 6 months.

If it isn't every 3rd day then you won't catch many of the more popular drugs.
