The racial dynamics of the sexual harassment allegations against Congress' longest-serving member are causing division within the Democratic Party.

Conyers is somewhat of a legend in black political circles, having employed Rosa Parks and as a founding member of the Congressional Black Caucus.

I listened to NPR for a while today and they were re-hashing the Anita Hill / Clarence Thomas issue.
So they’ll go after a black if he’s conservative, even if the issue is 20 years old. These liberal jerks are a real piece of work.
Also, they seem completely unable to distinguish the difference between an inappropriate remark, an inappropriate touch, a grope, a rape, a threat to fire someone for failing to have sex, stalking, etc., etc. None of these are good things, but I think 99% of thinking people would agree that an inappropriate remark can be a matter of interpretation.
