In his first interview since being attacked outside his home earlier this month, Sen. Rand Paul said he thinks politics may have been a factor in why he was targeted by his neighbor.
It may have some relevance, but for the most part, the real question should be are you allowed to attack someone from behind in their yard when theyre out mowing their grass? Mr. Paul, Kentucky Republican, said on Fox News in an interview that aired Tuesday.

Rand Paul said it all, no one should be out on bail that did what Boucher did to Paul on his own property and only charged with fourth-degree assault.

After my ribs were broken then he said things to me to try to indicate
he was unhappy, Mr. Paul said. He added that whether it was Obamacare or Donald Trump that made Mr. Boucher unhappy, it doesnt make what happened acceptable. What did the perp say? Why is this a big secret?

He mows his own grass. I will believe that when I SEE it. And no one is mowing grass in Nashville, and has not in 3 -5 weeks.

Like most Republicans, he doesn’t want to face the possibility that the left is physically at war with him and anyone else on the right. Being vocal about what’s going on would require reprisals at the other side.

Politics? Not likely. This is a neighbor and fellow doctor. This was very personal. What did Rand Paul do? I still figure sex is involved. Otherwise, why no demand for serious charge? Call me cynical but I figure that Paul just wants this quickly forgotten and out of the news before the details come public.

George Zimmerman demonstrated the proper response to this sort of murderous attack. Paul still hasn’t learned the lesson, I guess.

Yesterday my son told me that he had read the day after this took there were posts on a social network something about their two teenagers having a relationship, it then disappeared.
I’ve no idea if true and neither did my son. I not personally read a word about that since the event took place.

I mowed my yard here in VA last week.
Going to help my mom mow hers tomorrow.
I will mow once more to mulch the leaves from the pecan trees in the back yard.

Grass? Maybe still in VA around Hampton, Newport News. Leaves do take longer. My neighbor still has another leaf job next week. I just let them go back into the soil.
