True diversity is only diversity of ideas. And now all the universities except for very few, have mass group-(non)- think where free will and individualism and freedom of religion is attacked and banned—literally (which is unconstitutional, but that is their point—to destroy the Constitution, Rule of Law and collapse society by destroying the minds of our children).
Reducing “diversity” to groups based on color, race, and behavior is dehumanizing for it reduces human beings to a color or sexual behavior and people are much more complex than those superficial elements.
Also. We are not allowed to “judge” by character-—virtue-—the ONLY thing that is “good”, for the Ancients knew that there is no freedom anywhere without the major virtues in people. There can be no civil society. But with the Marxist “grouping’ we have put irrational, evil sexual behaviors in groups-—so that we could force group-(non)-think on the masses and make Evil become Good for civil deconstruction and elimination of virtue formation in children in such cultures which always happens when we allow vice to be promoted in a “just” law (which is not possible in a true justice system).
Cultural Marxist knew to destroy culture—group people and you embed hate in the young children who are herd animals and prefer the same. Maturity is when you are capable of loving the “Other”—not the same. Young children, when “grouped” will learn to hate the other groups—or in the case of white boys—will learn to hate themselves because the curricula is embedded with psychological warfare to destroy virtue and the idea of God (Christianity) and the philosophy which created the Age of Reason, Modern Science and the US Constitution which all have to be erased from the minds of the future for the NWO of transhumanism/savery.

Dr. Williams has written on this previously and has been right on the mark in every jot and tittle. I find it interesting that his own institution of higher learning, George Mason University, has such a diversity office with the functions described in the article. I’d find it most interesting for Dr. Williams to record his efforts to persuade GMU to abandon the diversity office endeavor in favor of the approach the school’s namesake risked his life to establish.
The most important issue related to college diversity obsession is what happens to black students.
It is a highly debatable question as to the most important issue with regards to 'diversity'. Everything is not about what is best for blacks.
