Affirmative Action: A Weapon of Class Warfare

Whatever the original, presumably high-minded intent of affirmative action (AA), the program has long since morphed into a weapon of class warfare. It neither benefits the underprivileged, as it claims, nor does it address the legacy of historical inequality for which it was ostensibly invented. Nor does it reduce the unfair advantages of the nation’s social and economic elite, as it promised. On the contrary, it protects elites at the expense of everyone else, including some of society’s most vulnerable. And while failing to do what its promoters said it would do, it poisons civil society by fostering a battle among interest groups for the generosity of those with real privilege.

Affirmative action from its beginnings has asserted that it benefits society in two ways: First it claims to assist people who, because of past prejudice, sometimes in law sometimes not, remain underprivileged. Second, it claims to promote greater equality by providing that benefit at the expense of those in society who have enjoyed great privilege for decades, even longer. It does neither. To see why, it helps to examine the reality of each of these claims and see how AA actually operates.

I never owned a slave and never shot an Indian and it's waaaay past time to eliminate any and all concessions we've granted to those demographics.

If they haven't caught up by now, it's not ever going to happen. We need to realize we're in danger of becoming a persecuted minority, if not already.

From what I see, it gives an extra advantage to already-rich blacks who know how to play the game. They “allow” a few hispanics to play just for window dressing so that it doesn’t look like a quota just for them. It also creates a lot of high paying do-nothing jobs for upper middle class blacks, like “director of diversity”, and “equal opportunity advisor”. It’s just a far more expensive version of welfare (but at least they have to show up to work for it).

Fallout: I avoid minority professionals unless I know them personally or get good referrals and I am confident of their skills. Do you want someone who got in with subpar grades/test scores and was coddled all the way through school performing surgery on you? I don’t. It’s not bigotry. It’s self-preservation. I have no problem buying products from a minority salesperson or business. Get rid of AA and you will get rid of my aversion to buying services from certain groups.

What amazes me is that blacks don’t want to get rid of affirmative action.

No matter how well they do on their own,in school or on the job, there will always be people who assume they got where they are because of affirmative action.

Affirmative action is racial warfare. My people got here in 1900-1910/ I got nothing to do with slavery. My people were on their own same as the freed blacks.

Anti-Racism really means anti-white. In the real world.

Affirmative Action has moved way beyond providing opportunities to “Qualified” minorities to forcing acceptance of “Unqualified” minorities as being equal in capability and intelligence.

I could care less about a persons race or gender, as long as they are competent and do their job.

There are several forces at work here and if they continue, it will be our demise. These forces are now all working together.

Post-Modernism

Anti-Capitalism

Neo-Marxism

Anti-Americanism

Political Correctness

These ideas are being reinforced by each other in a “positive feedback loop” that is playing out in our Pop culture, Media, News, Academia, Governments, Major Corporations and Institutions.

Affirmative Action = Institutionalized Racism

Forced upon the citizens at the point of a federal financial gun. Affirmative to minorities that they are officially certified as lower human forms that cannot make it without federal assistance.

his/her community

A lot of the newer immigrant groups of the 1890-to-1914 era (Italians, Poles, Jews, Greeks, other Eastern Europeans) were not regarded as "white" by the whites who had been here for generations.

I think that may have begun to dissipate in the post-World War II era. So just the Poles, Jews, Italians, etc., move into the middle class and compete for academic jobs and other jobs that require education and intelligence, they are told they are the beneficiaries of white privilege and sexism and they have to go to the back of the line behind minorities and WASP women.

“Affirmative action” is un-Constitutional as it violates the 14th Amendment.

The current regime of anti-White discrimination dates from 1965 and the implementing regulations written by Blumrosen at the newly created EEOC.

Blumrosen knew what he was doing was completely illegal and went far beyond what Congress had authorized in the ‘64 Civil Rights act but he also knew that by writing regulations instead of laws that had to be voted on he could do damn near anything he wanted.

So he did.

And his plan was for ruthless discrimination against White Christian males, his sworn enemies.

Blumrosen died in Florida 2 years ago.

He killed America 50 years before that.

Affirmative Action is a “feel-good” left wing phrase to slickly package what is actually STATE-SANCTIONED RACISM.

“We’ll use racism to end racism” is the basic concept. Let’s look at the color of people’s skin and then decide who gets admitted to this college.

It’s astonishing how the masses have been dumb enough to allow this form of left-wing racist fascism take over our universities and our corporations.
