There are 20 million people in Seoul that could be seriously harmed by those 20,000 artillery pieces.

No. It doesn’t matter whether it flies on track or not, or even if it is or is not carrying a nuclear weapon. We will assume it WILL fly on track and that it WILL be tipped with a nuclear weapon. We are not going to wait around and see if it parachutes harmlessly down with a gift basket of peace attached.

We can dial our NUKES to be very clean, as I understand it.
And as soon as those NUKES impact, the artillery would not be able to fire through bomb blasts, provided a wall of NUKES are set off.
Otherwise there are estimates of 1 million South Koreans dead from an artillery attack.
There will be nothing nuclear about any possible response from the US. We had terrorists attacks on US soil on 9/11, and our response was way more muted than many predicted.
