No. It doesn’t matter whether it flies on track or not, or even if it is or is not carrying a nuclear weapon. We will assume it WILL fly on track and that it WILL be tipped with a nuclear weapon. We are not going to wait around and see if it parachutes harmlessly down with a gift basket of peace attached.
