“What Would Happen If North Korea Fires A Missile At The US?”

For better or worse, there is only one answer to this question.

.... So .... Other than our missile defense system ..... I guess there is no way for a squadron of Suicide Jockeys to actually scramble and take the rickety missile out for the good of the country? .... Just wondering. After all .... it is only a half hour to scramble a mission.

We’re assuming that the missile would fly on track. Not many successful missile tests by NK. God only knows where the missile would end up.

“FoxNews: What would happen if North Korea fires a missile at the US”

Easy answer: Roughly 157,000 Americans will have to find their way home from work WITHOUT an operating GPS.

Within a few minutes various sensor system will know its trajectory. Probably one of several naval ships will fire on the missile and shoot it down.

The democrats and liberals will immediately come out and apologize for hurting the missile, and hope Trump allows Little Kimmy to try again.

Here is the deal. If Trump chooses to retaliate, vs. a test launch by attacking NK you can expect China to intervene expansively. And you can expect Russia to intervene covertly. Between the two of them there will be a lot of fire power and a lot of soldiers. Then there is NK which will fire everything they have at Seoul. We can easily defeat NK, but we cannot easily defeat China, Russia and NK. And that is what we are up against.

I like Trumps idea of arming Japan and SK to the hilt. Let China deal with that.

My guess, the men and women manning the consoles already have authority to shoot - if the NK missile is headed towards what is considered defended territory.

But defense is only part of the equation. Counterstrike is the other half. You can only play defense so much, then you've got to prevent them from launching any more.

-—to fire a missile at the United States or its allies——

So, what constitutes firing a missile? It would seem that a missile was already fired with a trajectory over the Japanese island of Hokkaido.

Is that not “at it’s allies”? Was not that missile fired at Japan? Did Japan order it not shot down?

I had a great deal of trouble getting on the Internet last night.

It turned out to be a hardware problem on my old Dell Latitude D6xx laptop.

Point is, I thought something was up with North Korea and the Internet was real flaky for that reason...

I tried an old Dell Dimension Desktop computer and I was able to get on the Internet.

I figured nothing was FLAT and GLOWING at that point, or something to that effect...
