PRESIDENT TRUMP: Susan Rice May Have Committed a Crime
footballhebdo.com ^ | 13 April, 2017 | Claudine Rigal

Posted on 04/13/2017 8:05:03 AM PDT by Liz

EXCERPT---Unless you happen to be a Mafia don or a drug kingpin, the US government doesn't spy on its citizens.

Trump's claim of being wiretapped has been totally debunked by FBI Director James Comey, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and House intelligence committee Chair Devin Nunes.

A source also told ABC News that on one occasion Susan Rice requested the unmasking of President-elect Trump's transition team officials in a foreign intelligence report that had nothing to do with the Russian Federation.

So did Susan Rice have a political motive in seeking the information? (NOTE: One very good reason is that Rice was being tapped to be Hillary's Secretary of State.) Rice previously called allegations that she requested the unmasking of Trump campaign and transition members for political reasons "absolutely false". Her position as national security adviser allowed Rice to request the unmasking, or the identifying of American citizens, in intelligence reports.

White House lawyers last month learned that Susan Rice, requested the identities of US persons in raw intelligence reports on dozens of occasions that connect to the Trump transition and campaign teams.

Individuals who are not targets of legal U.S. intelligence surveillance are normally referred to in classified reports as "U.S. Person One", "U.S. Person Two", etc. Unmasking is a process by request to name the individual.

As the drip, drip, drip over Obama administration officials unmasking members of the Trump campaign and transition team continue, new details show the information collected wasn't broad in nature. Whether or not Rice conducted the requests within the confines of federal law remains unclear.

Earlier, Susan Rice continually misled Americans about the 2012 Benghazi attacks that resulted in the deaths of four Americans.

We need to stop whining about how the libtards fight. They set the precedent, take the fight to them. Start spying on libtards. Use the NSA, FBI, whatever, spy on them, prosecute for crimes, punish. Simple. Speaking of which, why is Hillary still walking around free? If Trump can’t figure out how to fight back he will just be a victim.

So what? If nothing is done, what difference does it make?

Add Susan Rice to a pretty long list of people in the Obama administration who committed crimes with their power but NEVER EVER were charged with their crimes. It takes real guts and not just rhetoric to drain the swamp.

Dammit. Enough with this “may have” crap. If she committed a crime, state outright what the crime was.

Arrest her, try her and then convict her. Quit dropping bombs that go nowhere.

Yep. Why tweet about it? Wants the press to do the work for him? Attorney General works for him. Tell Sessions to charge her with the crimes and move on to the next item of business. It’s all rhetoric.

Wiretapping is no longer performed. It’s all done at the switchboard in New Jersey at the Verizon switchboard which handles all surveillance on the East Coast. The Feds get a separate tap of all phones they want to surveil. They don’t gotta hook up any wires at the victim’s site.

Clearly state the crime and quickly bring a charge.

Surveillance technology is overwhelming the entire United States. There is no longer any area that governments Federal and State) do not penetrate at will no matter what the Constitution or Bill of Rights or courts say.

Surveillance ranges from massive collection of all phone and e-mail communications to collection of all license plates, tax records, and public records, across the US. The credit card data base and the Amazon data base alone cover every one and every thing.

All this collected surveillance can then be easily sorted by "target" in the massive high speed computer facilities (measured in acres, and soon in square miles of such facilities) which then can be sorted out against individuals and groups that any government has an interest in. Surveillance is so enormous that it makes terms like "warrant" a joke. There is no privacy left.

You just never think about what is being done to you.

I think the problem is that there are multiple crimes committed. Tying
the redoubtable Rice to one crime makes it that much more difficult.

============================================

(HAT TIP OMEGATOO)

<><> If the information found in the ‘incidental’ involvement of any US Person was threatening US Security, and America citizens' safety, why did US security agencies wait for Rice’s request to unmask?

<><> Did Obama issue a secret stand down order?

<><> Why did Rice on PBS initially deny responsibility for the unmasking?

<><> Why was this threat not unveiled at the time or since? Why now?

Alarmingly, the ‘threat’ was about to be inaugurated as President of the US. Shouldn’t Congress have been notified?

The NSA didn’t unmask the information initially, plus later investigations found NO collusion between Russia and Trump.

Seems to be proof-positive that whatever suspicions Obama/Rice may have had to justify the unmasking were absolutely wrong, or more likely non-existent.

=============================================

Questions for Rice:

1. When did you request the unmasking, and from which agency?

2. Who in that agency actually did the unmasking? Please provide the written requests you submitted.

3. Once the names were unmasked, did you still believe there was a threat to national security from the named US persons?

4. If so, with whom did you share the information, and what actions were taken to protect America and American citizens?

5. If you did not, then you should not have shared the names with anyone else, so how did the names become known?

6. Why was any of the info detailed here deliberately withheld on the FISA application? (it's a felony to willfully withhold information when applying for a FISA).

At the invitation of Pres Trump, Democrat Schiff walked out of the document viewing apparently looking like a ghost.

My take is Schiff (and Feinstein) were shell-shocked b/c they found out Obama/Rice likely spied on Democrats, too. Juvenile Obama wanting to know what they’re saying behind his half-caste a**.

Trump knew Democrats would be sap-happy to see Republicans outed....no biggie to them. So it’s more than likely S and F were shocked....b/c they saw evidence of Democrats spied upon.

Spying on Repubs is one thing....but Obama/Rice spying on their own party?

The revelations could be earth-shaking....maybe even Democrats’ offshore financial activities, in Tahiti, French Polynesia, the Caribbean, Central America, and other banking havens.

Trump is playing this to perfection.

He doesn’t know? Why is is covering for the clintons and the other criminals. Does he think if he plays nice with the democrats they will go along and be nice to him. If so then he is a big fool. They will stab him in the back just like they do with everyone else.

I know she and the others are guilty and I do not have access to all the evidence he can get!

BS, every American is being wiretapped, Snowden proved that.

This is a way to keep Susan Rice and the illegal Trump wiretapping in the news. Some of you people just do not get it.

No question....they’re milking it to beat the band.

Same w/ Nunes....his job was buying time....to stretch it out as long as possible.

Something even bigger is coming down the pike and they need time to get it all in order.
