How in the hell does he still hold a medical license?

I knew there was more to this story.

Sounds like a piece of work. But what does any of that have to do with the abysmally horrible way that United treated a customer?

Doctor dragged off flight was convicted of trading drugs for sex (Plot Thickens)

And, this has WHAT to do with the story of being dragged off the plane?

Are we seeing the politics of personal destruction aimed at private citizens, now?

United was in the wrong, here. Regardless of the character of their chosen victim.

Probable Cause, Illegal Search and Seizure.
Even if he was the most evil man in the USA, you still need a Warrant to arrest and detain someone who is a USA citizen.

Explains why he was nearly hysterical to get to his “patients.”

How is this relevant to what the airline did?

Hasnt a thing to do with the fact. He was dragged off that plane because they overbooked it.

Let them try to use this in court and see what happens.

Well then he certainly deserved to be beaten and dragged off the plane. Not!

He did his time and kept the license. If United thinks this is going to help their case they are as stupid as the goons that drug him off the plane.

So? He had a ticket, a reserved seat, and a boarding pass. If they double-sold the seat, the guy with the boarding pass who is already sitting in it should have priority.

Regardless of his personal issues that have nothing to do with him getting beat up.

Irrelevant.

He paid for a ticket and did not want to give up his seat.

A private company that could not provide the service he paid for due to the company's conduct utilized law enforcement to break their contract with the paying customer.

I have ZERO sympathy for United and no one else should either.

Fly United. But don’t piss us off or we’ll dig more dirt on you in a day than Hillary and the DNC could in a year.

I can see why finding and publishing dirt on this guy to make him less sympathetic helps United in a PR war, but it doesn’t help them in a legal sense.

It warms my heart to know that after forcing a passenger off an overbooked flight United Airlines still cares enough to engage in opposition research and public smears against said passenger.

Maybe the CEO of United could strangle a few adorable kittens and puppies on live television just to reinforce the corporate image they seem to be working so hard to engender?

Oh, well, that changes my mind! He deserved to be beaten bloody and dragged off the plane, unconscious! My only question is why they didn’t summarily execute the man!
