Sounds like a piece of work. But what does any of that have to do with the abysmally horrible way that United treated a customer?

"Sounds like a piece of work. But what does any of that have to do with the abysmally horrible way that United treated a customer?" Man, United is really digging themselves into a hole with this one. First, the insensitive remarks yesterday by the CEO, then today an obvious smear campaign on the victim. He was convicted in 2003 for god's sake. Nearly 15 years ago. This is completely irrelevant to United's assault on the man. I fly over 75,000 miles a year. United is definitely off my list.

That’s what I’d like to know.

United Airlines should be required to have a full disclosure notice whenever anyone buys a ticket from them:
"If you have ever traded drugs for sex, or sex for drugs, United reserves the right to have you beaten and dragged off any of its flights."
