The Cleveland County District Attorney's Office on Thursday filed three felony charges against State Sen. Ralph Shortey.
Shortey has been charged with three felony counts, including,
-Engaging in child prostitution -Engaging in prostitution within 1,000 feet of a church. -Transporting minor for prostitution/lewdness.
Moore police presented charges to the DA on Wednesday.

But I actually had a dumbo democrat ‘friend’ of mine laugh that a Republican was arrested for child pedo charges...
I said “You mean you democrats finally found a deviant behavior you won’t embrace? - or is it ONLY because he’s a Republican?”

DA Mashburn told NewsChannel 4 the boy is 16 or 17, and that is the age of consent in Oklahoma. (Can any FReepers verify age of consent in OK?)
