Oh, but didn’t you know that it is the US welfare system that is supposed to pick up the tab and not the church. Maybe if they had to pay all of the bills beginning to end, then they’d be less likely to do it.
Cut off ANY government funding from these weasels. They are breaking the law and thus spitting on our nation. If the worshippers want their money doled out to help criminals, that’s their business. I have a feeling they won’t want their money used to help criminals instead of legitimate needy people.
These NGO church related service groups aren’t going to get any more contracts for “refugee and undocumented immigration” dispersement. Likewise, their formal church entities are NOT going to get any government money to house and safeguard these illegals. And you can bet your butt the formal hierarchy of their organizations aren’t going to allow them to spend money on that. They aren’t built to hand-out; they are built to hand-up.
OK, they are in the little hiding spot.
Then what?
Day two... then what?
Day three... then what?
Typical lib-rat single move thinking.
They just cant see move two, three, four...
Exactly.
Day two. “What do you mean you don’t have high-speed internet?! No cable? What!”
The end goal for these churches is to hand off the responsibility to the federal/state welfare systems. They probably cannot afford to house 20 or 30 people indefinitely nor is that their intention.
Rhetorical question: so how fair is it for a charitable organization to create the situation in the first place and then high tail it when the consequences and bills come do?
If they truly believe in what the are preaching then they should pay all of the bills.
Being charitable with other peoples money is not being charitable.
Oh well. When one of your illegals rapes or kills a citizens and you get sued don’t try to hide behind “religion”
This is organized crime. RICO the houses and vehicles.
I know that’s their goal, hopefully paid by leftover Obama schemes to pay them as NGOs for each fugee. But that is or will be over. And this illegal-to-entitlement conduit is gonna shut down too.
They (Churches and NGOs need to realize that jig is up)had better be learning business-as-usual isn’t SOP anymore. Not with the new Sheriff in town.
And I completely agree with you about the rhetorical aspects of which you spoke.
While I’m no fan in most respects, Cesar Chavez was adamantly opposed to illegal immigration and organized rallies against it. Don’t hear that in the media, do ya...?

The American Thinker article cites a Hill article which cites a CNN article.
These libtarded activists truly are playing right into the hands of the reconquista/aztlan movement, either deliberately or unknowingly. Do they really think Mexico is so bad that our country needs to adopt every Mexican? Would it be so very bad for Mexicans to return to Mexico and try to straighten their own country’s corruption out?
Frigging libtards....
I am perplexed by this strange idea... They’re going to hide illegals from a non-existent sweep of illegals? Umm, okay, whatever floats their boat.
Or are they going to start hiding illegal aliens with long criminal records who are being tossed out of the country?
If it is the later, what, ‘drunk drivers and rapists, come to our church, we’ll hide you in the community’ signs get posted on churches?
That’ll certainly fill the pews and increase donations to the churches..for a couple days the press covers it as the liberals flock to ‘show their support.’
Of course, most of the families who are their members will depart - they don’t want to be killed by these illegals either.
That’s a can of worms the church had better let alone. Illegal is illegal. They are not being mistreated.. just sending them back to their country... we are not going to continue to treat them above our own people.
Even in the middle ages a church had to have special dispensations from the Pope to be considered a sanctuary, it was not automatic. Yank their tax status!
RICO their arses..
Won’t work. Those people are there to make money, not escape slavery or slaughter. They can’t make money hiding out in churches.
Sad, shameful but unfortunately typical. Lived in San Diego 12 years and glad we left.
Of course, they aren’t setting these places up using the Internet or cell phones, so NSA knows absolutely nothing about them. Yeah, right.
Spot on the safe houses are a front for other crimes.
Just what I was thinking! Get involved in politics — lose your tax-exempt status!
The blood will be on their hands.
