Acting in concert and collusion with one another to set up “sanctuaries” for illegal alien invaders, as defined by current Federal laws certainly would apply under RICO.

Additional ties to LaRaza and MeCHa, both of which advocate violent disobedience of laws. Roll them all up and start open House and Senate hearings to investigate the full extent of activities, ties to foreign governments, NGOs, and apply Patriot Act Rendition clause against Soros and his organization. Start with freezing and/or seizure of his funds globally. There are eastern European governments that would hop on the chance knowing they had US backing.

We had a brief respite in the first few years after Reagan’s 1986 amnesty.

But it did not take long for the world to figure out that GHW Bush and his wing of the GOP had no intention of enforcing the law to keep another horde of illegal aliens from pouring in and the flood resumed.

We tried passing Prop 187 to do something on the state level to fight back- we actually passed Prop 187- but there was a treason lobby in the GOPe that fought us.

One of the backstabbers was the governor of Texas at the time, a Mexico-first subversive named Dubya. He stuck his nose in California’s business and sided with Mexico’s illegal alien invasion against the people of California. I didn’t forget that in 2000, but very few outside of California were aware of how dangerous illegal immigration was becoming and no one seemed to care. How times have changed.

Just before we left San Diego, there were mobs simply rushing the border checkpoint at San Ysidro figuring they all couldn't get caught. There were also large groups running across the interstate at San Onofre.

These illegals caused the state to put up the stupid dragging baby signs along the freeways. It also brought out all the sell outs that insisted the traffic should stop instead of the illegal immigration.

Well kalifornia, you got what you asked for...enjoy.

It certainly hasn’t gotten any better than you recall it being. What’s amazing his how expensive real estate still is as the suburbs decay at a rapid pace. I’d be willing to see the valuation of my place get cut in half if that was the result of booting out the 3rd world invasion force.
