It depends on what issue is at hand for the 9th Circuit regarding a review. Not too long ago, a 3 judge panel made a pro 2nd Amendment ruling, and the full court negated it.
Come on, President Trump, figure out how to stop the traitors in your State Department. Everyone who participated in “rushing in” those 100 Syrians in the last two days should be fired. If that’s not possible, then move them to jobs where they can’t work against your policies.

It can’t be emphasized enough regarding why rule 19 was applied to Warren. Democrats can get away with a lot of hateful remarks during opposition arguments, but in this case, Sessions is a SITTING Senator. The rules of decorum mandate that Senators do not impugn each other. THAT is where Warren erred. Sessions comes under the rules of the Senate, and Warren is bound by the rules to give him due deference. She failed, and she was properly silenced.
Another kudos to Mitch McConnell; you know she wouldn’t have been silenced if the Dems were in the majority.
There’s a video tribute by Corretta Scott King of Sessions out there today. Too bad the masses will never see it.
