A Baylor University graduate who says she was raped by football players in 2013 sued the university Friday. Her lawsuit includes an allegation that 31 Baylor football players committed at least 52 acts of rape, including five gang rapes, between 2011 and 2014 — an estimate that far exceeds the number previously provided by school officials.

As the mother of a Baylor grad of a few decades ago, I will attest that it is a very good school with more than its share of hypocrites, sad to say.

Ok, she made here charge.

Now she can go to court and PROVE it.

Or is she looking for a feminist lynch mob to attack these guys based on a charge alone?

Why don’t you read the article before posing stupid questions? It seems like the administration was in the habit of financing educations to keep the coeds quiet.

The alleged incident was likely only once. The unnamed plaintiff and her lawyer are just using the sensationalism of the 52 instances claim to bolster their settlement to go away.

It may be their are a lot of rape accusations made by lying liberals feminists who use the leftist ideology to slander and put men in jail whom they hate. The leftist is taught to lie from their youth up.

It's a tradition - especially when it comes to articles on this topic.

I still don’t understand why a lot of these assaults apparently were not reported to the police at the time by the victims.

Wow, that coach is way out of line. Sadly he’s probably nowhere near being the only one.

Aside from strip clubs and the other stuff, this whole notion of elevating college athletes to some kind of superhuman position is just wrong. The special deluxe “dorms” or whatever they are, all the special treatments and privileges, high-end meals, etc. I understand that athletics means big money from TV and alumni and that’s who calls these shots, but that doesn’t make it right. This guy just took it to the next level down the slipperly slope toward the point where they just flat-out pay the jocks to play.

“Former assistant coach Kendal Briles — the son of the head coach — once told a Dallas-area student athlete, “Do you like white women? Because we have a lot of them at Baylor and they love football players,” according to the suit.”

Ah, Baylor.

The NCAA will give them the Death Penalty.

The articles says this:

“A Baylor University graduate who says she was raped by football players in 2013 sued the university Friday. Her lawsuit includes an allegation that 31 Baylor football players committed at least 52 acts of rape, including five gang rapes, between 2011 and 2014”

Does that not sound like she was raped 52 times?

This is 2017. If you are alive in America in 2017 and don’t know you must report rape immediately to the police, then you are too stupid for justice.

Talking about college age and older. Not talking about victims of child abuse.

The NCAA will give them the Death Penalty.

Highly unlikely but the Southern Baptist Convention should. Perhaps this article will stir them to action if for no other reason than to cover their posteriors

Does everybody just take scurrilous unproven allegations by a suit for money as absolute fact? I have reviewed this situation at Baylor as an attempt to blame the greatest coach and his son for absolute abject failure of policy establishment by the board of regents at Baylor. Have you ever heard of scapegoat? The Good News is that after they paid contract beach settlement him $26 million because he was so “Guilty” in not enforcing their non existing policies, they slandered him and interfered with his hiring at the University of Houston. He sued the bastards individually for POST settlement slander and he will win $60 million this time. Baylor is a cess pool of false allegations against a totally innocent man and now they attack his Son. They hired a California PR firm to desperately try to shift the failure in policy to him. IT FAILED> I would go to Baylor university if you paid me. This story is NOT over. Here4 is some advise if you are a little Baptist girl and you think you have been raped— CALL 911 !! Not the coaches office!!!~ I am hopeful that Trump will take action in knocking title 9 way back. But eyond the tyrany of title 9 regulation— this is a story of Character slander like I have never seen before.

Former assistant coach Kendal Briles — the son of the head coach — once told a Dallas-area student athlete, "Do you like white women? Because we have a lot of them at Baylor and they love football players," according to the suit.

Black athletes who rape must pose a real problem for liberals. After all, they are college boys involved in sports, therefore they must be privileged white-- oh, they're black? Oh, well, then they're victims... oh, they're rapists... well... well... then... um... what color where the girls they raped? White? Oh, this is a set-up! No, wait, women are victims too. Well, not white ones, they have white privilege... were the women black or white? A liberal can't issue a verdict till they know where everyone is on their Victim Foodchain.
