I was criticized for not showing initiative and ambition and when I tried to show it, I was usurping her authority. It was ALWAYS the wrong decision.

Welcome to the marriage experience for many if not most men. No matter what you say or do, it's always wrong. Eventually, this leads to a passive-aggressive "yes dear," then doing whatever it is that you wanted to do in the first place, so it's ultimately self-defeating for the would-be controller. At least your kids, your house, your assets and your income for life until she remarries wasn't on the line. Be thankful for that.

American women seem to have some difficult hurdles to overcome

1) They are told they are gorgeous attractive
2) They are told to despise their feminine nature
3) They are told men are scum, dogs, losers
4) They are told they should be promiscuous
5) They are told they deserve a rich husband
6) Their Mothers and Grandmothers didn’t keep house, so why should they ?

No wonder they are bitter, angry, drugged and hate men who seem to have so much fun but are dumb & fat.

It’s not the women, it’s Cultural Marxism.

Thesis-antithesis instead of yin-yang. Social carcinoma. Could be fatal.

Women are generally like cats, men like dogs. The minority of women who are like dogs (honest, loyal, putting others first) are married off young and stay married. The men who are like cats make life miserable for the rest of us. I like cats and dogs, but I know at the end of the day if I died in my sleep my dog would guard the bed until she died herself, while the cat would pick my bones while thinking, “Mmmm, it does taste like chicken!”

I’m a woman and I agree with you. I’ve also gotten along better with men. But for the most part they have treated me as an individual and not as a dumb woman. I think a lot of women look for trouble when it’s not there.

A friend of mine, that I saw over Christmas, linked the rise of radical Islam to the rise of feminism in the West.

He contends that during the 60s and 70's the muzzies witnessed the West's menfolk "losing control of their women" folk and they became both appalled and afraid it would spread to their culture.

So in response the radicals went medieval and have subdued any "moderates" Muslims. It really is a war against Western feminism.

I found myself in agreement with that logic.

I responded if the radical Islamist's think they are doing western men a favor and can't understand why we are fighting them...

<>There’s nothing worse than a woman trying to make a name for herself and prove something in the corporate world.

I happen to be a female boss, and I see no indication that any of my hundred or so employees are unhappy with me. Some of them acted as if I was their boss even before I actually was.

One of the worst bosses I had was a man. I think part of the issue was that I am independent--I do not want to ask for help unless I become absolutely stymied in my attempts to solve problems and get things done myself. He expected me to be dependent, to come to him for constant help. And when I wouldn't do that, he actively tried to sabotage my work.

Obviously not all women are bitter resentful man-haters, just as not all Muslims want to saw your head off. But when enough members of a specific group display problematic tendencies, you have to notice.

I blame sin.

We live in a fallen world, and from the fall, the relationship between men and women has been compromised. From the beginning of history, women seeking (seemingly) equal status are a consequence of the curse on Eve, of their desire for their husbands, and men “lording it over” them. Men suffer the curse of Adam, earning their bread by the “sweat of their brow”.

What God created and intended to be complimentary has become adversarial. Each gender struggles for control of conditions and circumstances in relationship, family and work. Women do not respect men who are harsh and authoritarian: men do not love women who are manipulative and conniving.

There is only one solution: both genders need to submit to God and be on their knees before Him repenting of their selfish and sinful behaviors that arise out of our fallen condition.

I am a woman.

Which season of Survivor was it when the guys huddled together and formed a boys alliance because “we just want to make sure a dude wins this”.

Oh, that’s right, NEVER! Has there ever been a single season when the stupid women didn’t go through this exorcise in ignorance?

I am female. I have had male and female bosses. Some of each sex were good, some of each sex were only adequate. The worst I had was a male. I do not think his stupidity was a male trait, but was caused by his being a jerk. If there is discrimination against females it may be that the female jerk does not get promoted as frequently as the male one does. Just my opinion.

^ This ^.
Destroy the core unit of a civilization; the natural female/male dynamic which is the family foundation. This was the stated end goal of feminists from the very beginning. As a woman, I loathe the destruction these feminists have wrought at the expense of our husbands, fathers, brothers, sons, and the unborn.
It doesn't matter if you believe in God - which I do. No where else in nature do artificially imposed social constructs fly in the face of natural order.

Take the Red Pill.

While inspired by Communists (literally: the Soviet Union tried to abolish the family and had to reverse course quickly as it nearly destroyed Russia, check the the article from *The Atlantic* in 1926 which details this)... The Russian Effort to Abolish Marriage

the movement has broken free from its moorings.

Again, take the Red Pill.

Marry only a young virgin (< = 24 years old) from a small town, if you *must* marry an American; otherwise, consider Eastern Europe or Russia or the Philippines.)

I didn’t say all women.

It was women who felt they had something to prove, who were trying to make a name for themselves in the corporate world.

She took offense at everything and acted like everyone was out to get her.

It seems to me that the Left and the women who ascribe to its ideals want to be equal in ALL aspects. So what about men who are unequal where women dominate? And this process is repeated with regards to race as well.

Overall, I think through history, men and woman have been roughly equal except briefly in times of technological advacement. But then things equalize because both men and women naturally do not like to be unequal.

Women also do not respect men who are weak or passive aggressive and manipulating and believe me, they are out there.

I am SOOO grateful that there are still men’s men out there, like Donald Trump.

Honestly, when I first heard him speak, I cringed. I didn’t care for the way he came across, but I agreed with everything he stood for.

However, as I listened to him speak and stand his ground and not back down, I came to have a tremendous amount of respect for him. I can look past the rough edges if the man has that kind of character and integrity.
