Investigators facing deadline with replacement for Sheriff Joe looming
Evidence that the document presented to the American public by Barack Obama as his Hawaiian birth certificate is fake soon will be heading to members of Congress, and the difficult discussions over what crimes may have been committed and what should be done could begin soon.
The atmosphere in Washington will be different under Trump, who will be inaugurated Jan. 20, since he publicly questioned Obama’s birth certificate in 2011. During this election season, he stated he now believes Obama was born in Hawaii.
But at a news conference Thursday, Maricopa County, Arizona, Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the only law enforcement officer to formally investigate the allegations of fraud, presented evidence that the image of the birth document posted by the White House was fraudulent.
One thing seems certain: The evidence will have to go elsewhere for action to be taken, since Arpaio, known as “America’s toughest sheriff” and innovator of such jail amenities as pink underwear and surplus Army tents in the desert heat for jail inmates, is leaving office Jan. 1 after more than two decades serving Phoenix-area residents, who had asked him for the birth certificate investigation.
His replacement already has stated, CBS News reported, that he “will cut off Arpaio’s investigation into Obama’s birth certificate.”
Mike Zullo, Arpaio’s lead investigator since 2011 on the birth certificate issue, told WND he wants to get the evidence to members of Congress for evaluation. It could support a Presidential Transparency Act, which would give secretaries of state across the nation the authority to investigate candidates with suspect qualifications.
“This is what we have learned. Every secretary of state is powerless to investigate a candidate,” he told WND. “They have to take everything on face value.”

I would like to know the answer to that as well.
It was obvious as soon as the ‘birth certificate’ was released that it was a forgery. Everyone was afraid of his half blackness.
I just want to remind everyone of a couple things here.... This wears me out.... First of all BOBO_da_Prez had to renounce the USA to attend the muffin head school in Indonesia. Secondly he NEVER signed up for the draft which is a REQUIREMENT. One could not legally hold office without it being a male. Maybe he identifies as female? Everyone has been fixed on one thing and they won that fight after having rigged both elections that got him in office.

It is clear that the birth certificate that was given out by the White House was not original, and was constructed.
It is not clear why this was done.
There are several possible motives, and probably more than I can think of.
1. Because he was not born in Hawaii.
2. Because the B.C. lists a different father than Obama Semior.
3. Because the B. C. contradicts something else on his manufactured narrative.
4. Because the B.C. leads to a foreign pass port from Indonesia.
5. Because Barack loves to play mind games with his opponents.
There are many possibilities.
What we know is what was publicly released is a fake.
He supposedly registered for the draft, but it was a forgery as well.

I have faith in God, but I’m also aware of how deceitful and evil the people in government are.
Thinking back on the last 8 years, I can’t help but think how Orwellian the Obama years have been. We can’t ask questions about his BC when we all know it’s a fake even if some of us won’t admit it to ourselves. There are other things we couldn’t question as well or get really upset about.
Obama himself is a fake and everyone with knowledge of his history and the ‘birther’ issue knows it.
Republicans and the media should hang their heads in shame for being complicit in enabling Obama to pull off the greatest hoax in the history of the modern world.
I didn’t mention democrats because it is impossible to shame them.

The hard left made Obama. They found a man of little accomplishment, erased his past and created a new past for him. And then their press fawned ever positive on him. Being American American, the left clerly knew he could get awasy with far more “change” then any white democrat.
What is truly sad is that the entire Washington establishment played along with this fiction.
New rules and methods of verification must be put into place for future office holders. Obama was an example of what can come again.
There have been so many illegal entrants into this country that future forged documents are inevitable. It is not impossible that someone else with oratory skills and a questionable background can rise to the top again.

The first time in 2009 was supposedly because John Roberts messed up the wording during the pubic ceremony. The second time was maybe because, in private, he wanted to be sworn in on a Koran instead of a bible?

Personally I think it’s more damaging to allow the fraud to go unchallenged. Whatever turmoil the truth might cause would be like the pain of lancing a boil. Until the festering pus is drained the infection remains and the whole body is at risk of catastrophic illness.

Agreed. Even if it is found that he was ineligible to hold office, it’s highly unlikely Congress would do much about it. Almost every one of them has their own skeletons that would land them in prison too. However, they couldn’t just do nothing and hope to hang on to what little credibility they have left. They’d need to throw the public a proverbial bone. At the very MINIMUM, he shouldn’t be allowed a single penny more of taxpayer dollars, meaning no retirement or SS protection. More, he ought not be entitled to ANY of the perks usually associated with being a former president, such as making money in the United States through speeches, book deals, corporate positions, etc that are received solely because of the title “former President”, and really should be barred from any employment in the U.S. To hope for much more of a “sentence” than something like that is probably wishful thinking.
Just to be clear, if it is proven beyond doubt that he was/is ineligible, and the sentencing of him was left up to me, he’d live out the rest of his life in solitary confinement, with the exception of regularly scheduled enhanced interrogation to determine all those who were complicit in placing him into office, and to find every single person, corporation, cartel, regeime, and foreign country who benefited in any way, because of successfully executing a plan to place an imposter in our nation’s highest office. A death sentence would be far too nice.
