I have to complement Rush. As the primary “Movement Conservative” in the Media, he was lukewarm on Trump during much of the election but has been most fair since the election. Something a lot of “Movement Conservatives” in the Media should learn to emulate.
“Movement Conservatives” in the Media, with their daily histrionics about Trump before he even takes office, are rapidly become the chicken little of US Politics. Some of them do not seem to realize the irreparable damage they are doing to their professional credibilty. If they continue their current habit of falsely cry wolf every day about Trump pretty soon people are going to stop listening to them.
I stopped listening to them a long time ago.
Agreed! He’s been like Trump’s little attack dog since the election and I’ve never heard him troll the media quite as well as he’s been the past few weeks.
I have to tell you, in my minds eye Rush was the original, the one who brought the attention to THE DRIVE-BY MEDIA (in fact, I am pretty sure “The Drive-by” was his origination and I am pretty sure he also created the MAINSTREAM MEDIA. I know that years ago, he is the one who made me aware of the completely unfair media.
One of the things that amused me during this was many of the same things the media attacked Rush with when he 1st came on the national scene were what they threw at Trump.
I would laugh listening to Rush criticize Trump and think “Rush they said the same thing about you back in the day”
It’s true. All of it.

Conservatives should be over joyed that Trump is appointing people who respect the rule of law then anything else. The habitual lawlessness of the Clinton/Obama regimes were the real “existential threat” to our future.
