Her whole argument is based on J. Alex Halderman who said that Trump could not have won. So if they find the machines were hacked and you can not attribute who got the votes I say they will disqualify the vote or Trump in particular. I mean if you have no paper trail but you say there is fraud what can you do but throw the whole thing out.

They are actually using “Polling” data that had Hillary in the lead as their argument that Trump should not have won.

The whole thing stinks.

The way I understand it, this is just a pure recount. They are not checking whether voters were legal, or registered, or dead. They are just making sure the machine tally, or the manual count, comes up with the same numbers. Someone else explained it as a recount, not an audit.

The website that she was using for “donations” was her campaign website, with all contributions going to her presidential campaign. These hard money contributions are fully subject to FEC quarterly reporting and any conditions from non-citizens must be refunded.

Polling data has never been accepted in an American court of law. I very much doubt it will be accepted in this or any other case. They are trying to create a precedent, and it won’t work.

“Villain Soros” states that he is funding Hillary’s lawyer Marc Elias who is helping Hillary with the recount. So Soros is behind some of the money. You said that there was nothing to indicate it was true that Soros was funding recount.

Lets hope this is what’s exposed. My mom and I both had to stop some people from voting illegally, but we know for a fact that some got through, and another nearby polling place wasn’t bothering to check.

How does that work? Were you poll officials or watchers? How did you know that they were attempting to vote illegally?

... and hence the problem. If massive voter fraud is identified, then it will meet the criteria of voter fraud ... period, since it is impossible to know which candidate the fraudulent voters voted for, which will cause a non-traditional solution (i.e, the legislature saying which electors to vote, or sending both sets of electors count (R+D) to Congress and letting them chose which to accept. Either way, the left wins in that they could then say Trump was selected, not elected. This is really the Dem's only hope, and a bit of a Kobayashi Maru for the Republicans. It is actually better for the R's if NO vote fraud is found, and so the Dem's may actually be willing to sacrifice years of setting up the Wisconsin machine for a near term gain.

This said, this is only 1 state, and other strategies would need to be employed in other states, otherwise the price the Dems are paying becomes a long term game changer. (It would take them decades to rebuild their machines in 3 states, which they would lose decisively at every level until rebuilt.) The other part that the Dems need to take into consideration is that the chance that Trump is not named President is remarkably low (must not only take the states out of play, but actually win all 3 contests ... 50/50 each state to go out of play, and 50/50 if a state is out of play that it actually swings D ... means 12.5% chance to take them out of play, but only 1.5625% chance that H could pick up the delegates herself), ergo, this gambit is simply to try to weaken him. This is a remarkably high price to pay for "talking points" and not actual victory, therefore I don't see them taking this to the point that they lose democrat vote "machines" in 3 states. The out of play scenario leads to "Selected not Elected President Trump", and I firmly believe that is the end goal. The question on the table is ... what are the Dems willing to pay for that.

Is it possible that the Socialist feel so empowered that they are actually trying to destroy the Democrat Party, by revealing voter fraud and corruption on the DNC’s part.

This effort being a play to get the vast majority of Liberal, Socialist Democrats to switch parties, or create a Socialist Democrat Party?

All the Bernie Sanders supporters would probably jump at the chance, after what was revealed by Wikileaks, concerning the DNC’s actions during this last election.

The report I heard said people watching Stein’s funding page saw it increase by $125,000 incremenets, which was how Soros’ contributions were made, by a bot.

She’s reaised more money thru this recall scam than she did in her whole campaign. She and Soros will create the next “Moveon.org”, mark my words. And she will run it.

I think Stein’s goal is to impeach the tabulation machines. She requested a hand recount, which has been denied thus thwarting her scheme.

I won’t hold my breath that any Fraud will wind up exposed...but I know in PA easily could find 10s of thousands of not 100s of thousand fraudulent votes if they looked.
