Jared Kushner was hardly a household name outside the rarefied world of Manhattan’s moneyed elite when his father-in-law, Donald Trump, began his quixotic presidential campaign.
But by Election Day, he emerged as “Donald Trump’s campaign savior” through his connections to tech giants from Silicon Valley and savvy use of social media that they taught him, a new profile revealed Tuesday.
“And he did so in a manner that will change the way future elections will be won and lost. The traditional campaign is dead, another victim of the unfiltered democracy of the Web — and Kushner, more than anyone not named Donald Trump, killed it,” wrote Steven Bertoni in an interview with Kushner for the Dec. 20 issue of Forbes magazine.

Err. Can we get real here? No doubt a smart guy but let’s give credit to the people who understood what was at stake and voted for Trump.
Heaven help us if the media give TRUMP any of the credit! I’m sure this guy was helpful, but he hardly put Trump over the top.
Not only that Corey Lewandoski got them to the middle and Bannon finished it for the campaign. No single person was the “savior” for Trump.
That’s OK, Kushner is a religious Jew, and it helps having him out front.
I’d easily believe that this was one more help from God that Trump got. Trump, who had never been a politician before, had been gifted as many political lives as a clowder of cats.

Since the media are trying to link Trump to the anti-Semitism of the alt-right, maybe it’s good for people to know that Trump’s son-in-law - a Jew - was a key factor in the campaign.
Trump is one way that God has set up to bless both Jewish people and Christian believers. Let’s say it is all in the family of God.

The threads were getting deleted so fast earlier today I was never able to put this out.
Another article in a source that is banned from FR explained that Jared and Ivanka reached out to Rebekah Mercer after the convention, as her family had put $10 million behind Cruz. Rebekah and Ivanka bonded over kids and being children of powerful men, and she said her family would switch it’s backing to support Trump. Kellyanne Conway had been managing that PAC for the Mercer family, which is also the major investor in Breitbard Media. So before long we also saw Kellyanne, Steve Bannon, and David Bossie join the Trump team. Without question these were significant factors, and can be traced to the Kushners, working quietly behind the scenes. The coming-together of the powerful Mercer and Trump families bodes well for the future as well.

The Calvinist side of Protestant Christendom has been particularly friendly to Judaica, with its acknowledgment of a permanent divine promise to the elect. Today that is (orthodox) Presbyterian and Baptist and a host of independent bible churches.
Really? He was there from the beginning. Unless it was his advice that brought in Bannon and Kellyanne, then he saved nothing.

The ONE and ONLY Savior is responsible for this election’s outcome. God answered the prayers of His people. And everyone better not lose sight of that fact or we will be treading down the same road as before or worse. Mr. Pence knows that and I sincerely hope Mr. Trump does as well.
