The wow aspect is not so much that Sean Hannity purchased it, but rather that Jon McNaughton actually sold the original. McNaughton never sells his originals at least he never used to.
November 9th McNaughton announced via facebook that he sold the original to Sean Hannity:
Sean Hannity just purchased my painting The Forgotten Man to give to Donald Trump to hang in the White House https://www.facebook.com/mcnaughtonart/posts/10154731620468653

Hannity showed good, common sense, that’s for sure.
They have Reagan on the side of the earlier presidents. I think that’s interesting.
The flag over the white house is at half mast.
It’ll look great in the new White House Ballroom.
I noticed the Gipper is with the founders.
I think The Donald is more of an Easy Rider kinda guy.
Wow! That was so poignant. Was that Joe The Plumber on the bench?
The origin of the phrase “The forgotten man”
In the late 19th century a Professor named Sumner wrote
“As soon as A observes something which seems to him wrong, from which X is suffering, A talks it over with B, and A and B then propose to get a law passed to remedy the evil and help X. Their law always proposes to determine what C shall do for X, or, in better case, what A, B, and C shall do for X... What I want to do is to look up C. I want to show you what manner of man he is. I call him the Forgotten Man. perhaps the appellation is not strictly correct. he is the man who never is thought of.... I call him the forgotten man... He works, he votes, generally he praysbut he always pays...”
That is so beautiful. Hannity fought his heart out to help save this country.
I think Eric (Post 77) got it right - pardon the pun.
Thanks man. I did not know Trump was a biker.
I doubt he’s ridden it.
Most of what OCC builds is more for show as the designs are incredibly uncomfortable to ride and handle squirrely.
A local guy has been trying to sell his OCC bike for *years*.
Hannity did great, great, work. Not only was he programming 20 hours a week, every week, for upwards of a year for Trump.
But he also is a good guy with working class routes for drawing in disaffected Reagan Democrats. And those are the guys who swung the critical rust-belt states.
