Associated Press HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - Federal officials looking into how Penn State handled child sexual-abuse complaints against former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky hit the university with a record $2.4 million fine Thursday, saying it violated campus crime reporting requirements, failed to warn people about potential threats and fostered a belief among athletes that rules didn't apply to them. The fine was the result of a five-year investigation begun as Sandusky's 2011 arrest raised questions about what administrators had known about him.

Jeffrey Epstein appears similar to Sandusky. Hillary and Bill may at least be like Joe Paterno who was disgraced.

Is it me or 2 and a half million peanuts (to use a Trumpism!) in today’s society?

“Hillary and Bill may at least be like Joe Paterno who was disgraced. “

Good, because that POS Paterno is DEAD! Paterno turned out to be just like most people in professional sports, a “legend in his own mind!”

Paterno was my hero. He declined a million dollar offer to coach the Patriots when a million bucks was a lot of money. He felt that having an influence on a young mans’ life when he first left home was worth more than a million bucks. At the time I was 19. Sad.

5 years? If there was a point, that’s long enough to largely miss it.

Who was the FReeper who used to go nuts when this was going on? Johnpa, or something like that. Boy did he throw a fit when anyone spoke ill of Paternoster.

“I’ve never blown the whistle on anyone yet”, says Joe Paterno, “and I never will”. (Joe’s direct quote, Sports Illustrated, issue of June 10 1974 in a story on NCAA violations.) He freakin’ knew what was going on at Pedo U. at all times from a long, long, long way back. He knew EVERYTHING that went on there and just looked the other way.

Ah, I think you’re right. Is he still a member, or did he flame out? He used to get really pissed.

Hillary Clinton appears at least like Joe Paterno if she knew of the activities of Jeffrey Epstein and what Bill Clinton was doing on St. James.

Wow, I’ll bet getting zotted really pissed him off, probably kicked the dog and burned down his house.
Bet he ran in though, to save his Paterno autograph.

Penn State “should be burned to the ground, and its ashes sewn with salt.” —to borrow from “The Haunting”.

Penn State or State Pen. At this point, what difference does it make?
