COLD ANGER – The Corporate U.S. Media Has Weaponized Against US…
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | October 24, 2016 | Sundance

Posted on 10/24/2016 9:23:48 PM PDT by bobsunshine

Donald Trump’s supporters are angry“, or “uneducated”, or “unenlightened”, or (Fill_In_The_Blank). So goes the latest round of media talking points as the election draws near.

Meanwhile, don’t pay attention to that 25% increase in ObamaCare premiums you just received… look away,… look away… The corporate media narrative controllers are fully engaged.

The gaslighting is extreme as the same entities utilize their microphones in a brutal attempt to create a self fulfilling prophecy. In essence, what they are really trying to save is themselves. However, the reality disconnect only solidifies their irrelevance.

At this point, anyone still trying to convince us this entire assembly of our union is headed in the right direction, well, they might want to revisit their proximity to the 2016 election ballpark. Because they’re not just out of the city – they’re also out of the same state the election ballpark is located in….. But then again, the media know that.

--snip--

However, there’s a level of anger far deeper and more consequential than expressed rage or visible behavior, it’s called Cold Anger.

Cold Anger does not need to go to violence. For those who carry it, no conversation is needed when we meet. You cannot poll or measure it specifically because most who carry it avoid discussion. And that decision has nothing whatsoever to do with any form of correctness.

We watched the passage of Obamacare at 1:38am on the day before Christmas Eve in 2009. We watched the Senate, then the House attempt passing Amnesty in 2014. We know exactly how it passed, and we know exactly why it passed. We don’t need to stand around talking about it…. We’re beyond talking.

Like many others, I’ve taken an unambiguous stance on the MSM years ago...

The MSM is the Country’s greatest threat.

Uneducated? Really? At least our educations are paid for ya twits and are worth a helluva lot more than a “transgender studies degrees” that might help you get a job at your local McDonald’s, Starbucks, or Condoms To Go store.

Probably the most insightful essay written of the year. Totally correct. I think even 20-percent of Democrats will cross the line and align with Trump.

I like.
Cold anger makes me hang up and block pollsters numbers.
Pollsters really don't ever call my cell.
I don't believe the polls. So many are just are Shillariating. (I made a word)

Excellent article, thank you for posting.

It really captures what so many of us are feeling. And I have always believed in the pendulum effect.

I was listening to an online radio show tonight, and I heard one of the hosts (annoying liberal woman) talk about how tired she was of the electoral season, and how the national nightmare was almost over. (And then she corrected herself, because apparently she doesn’t believe CNN’s polls; she’s afraid that Trump will win.)

If the election is stolen from us, the nightmare is only beginning.

And it’s YOUR nightmare, liberals.

When you make peaceful revolution impossible, you make violent revolution inevitable, as the saying goes.

And it’s not going to be burning down our own neighborhoods. It’s not going to be protests. It’s not going to be demonstrations that you can just ignore.

And I admit that I don’t want it to happen. But we are growing ever closer to the snapping point. And when it snaps, all the tension uncoils at once.

I know many liberals here in NE.

When they mention casually that this is a boring election because Hillary has such a large lead, I smile and say nothing (by implication indicating the election is boring so who cares)

Hopefully they won’t bother to vote-—I mean, she’s got it in the bag, right? ;-)

That is an example of my cold anger at play.

Talk to anybody that has ever strung barb wire about snapping. It can be lethal. Anybody who works with steel cable can tell you how dangerous it is. The more the wire is loaded the more released kinetic energy is available. We have decades of stress and $Trillions of load. When this baby pops the flying coils of pent up rage are going to be unprecedented in human history. And Hillary thinks it will be fun to play with ducks.

>>Donald Trump’s supporters are angry“, or “uneducated”, or “unenlightened”, or (Fill_In_The_Blank).

The tactic of labeling us used to work well for the liberals. “Hater” and “racist” used to be their favorite epithets. People didn’t want to be “bad” or politically incorrect. But Trump has embraced political incorrectness! Most people aren’t afraid of the labels any more. (Most conservatives never were, but the even most of the sheeple are now catching on.)

Angry? Check. That’s putting it mildly. You liberals have no idea how seriously angry I am with your corruption and criminal behavior and lying and deceit. And stupidity. And arrogance.

Uneducated? Sorry, no. I’m well-educated and more importantly I’m intelligent, rational, thoughtful, and I have common sense.

Unenlightened? That is a meaningless word, because it’s another one of those words that the liberals define to mean whatever they want it to mean. The basic liberal definition of “unenlightened” is: “You don’t agree with me and I have no logical arguments to back up my opinions, so I’ll resort to calling you unenlightened.”
