Ok, make Marco Rubio the mountain you die on........I could care less. The Mexican illegal situation in this country is a disaster, it will never be contained, lthey are here and they will remain. Even if Trump builds a wall, there will be at least eleven million illegals who will NEVER leave this country and a conservative better find a way to make them friendlies or we might as well let Huma Abedin be president.

Then he was a natural born citizen - a citizen based upon the nature of his birth.
The “Vattel” definition has never been upheld in the US, and there are only two ways to be a citizen in the US:
1. Born that way (get a passport via birth status)
2. Naturalized (sworn in/apply for citizenship and accepted)
Trying to create a 3rd category isn’t supported Constitutionally or legally. The Constitution only classifies two types: citizen and natural born citizen. Citizen means that your Representative, Senator, or Governor can be a naturalized OR natural born citizen. Natural born means just one way - a citizen by virtue of your birth, not a legal action.
Really, all this Vattel stuff just needs to die - it’s embarrassing and it’s flat-out wrong. Tinfoil land worthy...

There is something wrong with the picture in the story. Some of the black boxes are marked “Ballot Box” but you’ll notice that no matter which height and direction the boxes face, the words “Ballot Box” are exactly the same size on every box. If that lettering was really on those boxes, there would be some variance. It’s not even a very convincing photoshop job.
As much as I would like to believe the article, the picture convinces me that it is a fake.

I saw an ABC interview with Bill "Bilbo Dickins" Clinton 3 weeks before the 2008 Democrat nominating convention. He made a snide reference to "presidential qualifications", and there was talk in her campaign about dropping the birther bomb at the convention.

I have no idea even if he has a passport, I would assume he does since he is a US Senator and it makes sense he needed a birth certificate to get one and I suppose he uses the same name today which he was born with. I am just fatigued with hearing about the awful Marco Rubio, bubble baths, gay friends, etc. I like him, he is smart, articulate and has MANY conservative values. He is from a poor CUBAN immigrant family and the US CUBAN population has ALWAYS been conservative. I guess he is little, however, so am I. I know we have far greater enemies than Marco Rubio, yet when his name is mentioned one would think he is Charlie Manson.

Assuming he was not naturalized (which would be an automatic disqualification of Presidential aspirations), he got his passport via birth status.
That’s a natural born citizen.
