RUSH: Now Hillary has pulled out of Ohio, and the New York Times dutifully says, "That's okay! Ohio doesn't matter anymore." I've got it right here. "Ohio, Long a Bellwether, Is Fading on the Electoral Map." You know why? 'Cause it's too white.

Ohio is no longer the great predictor. Ohio is no longer the great indicator. It used to be that you couldn't win the presidency without winning Ohio, because Ohio had collectively a microcosm of the country's population. But now? Now Ohio doesn't matter, since Hillary is not doing well there -- and they say (paraphrased), "It's just too white. It's too white. There aren't enough illegals there, there are not enough minorities, and so we can't use Ohio the way we have in the past."

There was a poll a little while ago that had 64% of Trump's support was from people who were determined that Hillary would not become President.

Her strategy seems to be to try to drive up Trump's negatives with selected voting groups. The whole business with Miss Venezuela/Miss Piggy was to hurt him with undecided women voters. I don't know if he could have been expecting that attack in the debate since the alleged insult was 20 years ago (and is simply her version, if I understand it correctly), but by belaboring the issue for several days he plays into her hands.

Obama's strategy in 2012 was to drive up Romney's negatives...it worked and got him re-elected. Hillary will follow the same playbook, although with the disadvantage that she is unlikable to a much larger segment of society.

Yes, Minor v. Happersett, in which:

The court observed that some authorities "include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents"foreigners."

Minor V. Happersett then set aside the entire "citizenship" question because Minor met each and every possible definition of what a citizen is. But the USSC referred to both jus soli and jus sanguinis.

So I will give you the same question:

What is proof of citizenship? A passport.

In the US, what does it take to get a passport?

1. Being born in the US (jus soli)
2. Being born to US parents (jus sanguinis)
3. Being naturalized (court action)

There is no 3rd way. You’re either born a citizen, or you choose to become one later in life. It’s that simple.

So where is this “3rd classification”, where is it called out in the Constitution, how does one acquire it, what statutes define it?
