Are you kidding? There are enough Commucrat governors, Secretaries of State and supervisors of elections who would follow any edict he issues to totally destroy the election.
If he tried to cancel the elections (there are 51 of them), there would be an open revolt and blood in the streets—particularly in Washington D.C.

President by declaration?
There will be an uproar.
The few small conservatives newspapers left in America will publish op-eds against the usurpation of power.
Tea Party groups will march on their governors and state legislatures demanding action.
Congress will hold meetings and hearings.
The mainstream TV media will hold televised round-table discussions to explain why this is just what America needs.
A few patriots will be arrested for posting messages urging a citizens march on Washington to oust King Obama.
Senator Hogwash and Congresswoman Bloviator will give speeches.
Some retired CIA agents and military Generals will rush books into print explaining why this cannot stand.
In the end no one will do a damn thing.
