It was difficult getting people away from their comfortable lives to even attend a Tea Party rally much less participate in a revolt. I hate to say it, but the passion for freedom and democracy in this country has sadly faded.
There are a lot more takers than makers, and we have become a passive and apathetic nation. Sure, the Trump turnouts are inspiring but when was the last pro freedom demonstration in Washington DC? Despite all the malfeasance, corruption and abuse the majority of the people just don’t care, are preoccupied with other things, or believe the media’s propaganda. Revolts are so yesterday.

And he NEVER was a Professor of Constitutional Law, he was a lecture at U Chicago's Law School. Lecturer is the lowest level of academic position there is no expectation of tenure. What I have heard and read even that position was too much work for him.
It's like the meme that Bill Clinton was a Rhode’s Scholar. HE NEVER FINISHED! He either just left maybe it required academic effort i.e. work and took too much time from his real interest “getting laid”! Also I have seen some claims he was forced to leave because of some possible rape accusations.

Read the Constitution and that Amendment again. Being in a state of martial law does not override the constitution. Obama will no longer legally be President after noon on January 20, 2017. Period.
Any orders issued by him after the stroke of noon will be null and void. Any government employee attempting to enforce any order by Obama issued after the stoke of noon will be participating in insurrection against the Constitution of the United States.

My thoughts are that if internal polling show Hillary losing that they will push so much vote fraud to be able to declare the election invalid. Issue a statement that due to the invalid election that Obama will step down in Jan and that Biden will assume the presidency till the election can be reheld.

Also didn’t he just say a week ago, that “ Trump is unfit and he will not accept the result of the election if Trump is elected”?
