DNC Leak Reveals Possible Hatch Act Violations (vanity)
VANITY

Posted on 07/24/2016 12:04:29 PM PDT by TigerClaws

The Hatch Act prohibits federal employees from engaging in political fundraising.

Mentioned hundreds of times in the WikiLeaks DNC emails is a guy named David Simas.

Who is he? Works for the federal government at the White House.

David Simas Assistant to the President and Director of the Office of Political Strategy and Outreach

Here's a dinner he set up to raise money:

Using cabs instead of a car service to not create a paper trail (knowledge he is committing a crime):

One of hundreds of emails where he is mentioned.

Here are all the emails mentioning his name:

Here's a story on it back in 2014.

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/08/22/another-subpoena-for-obama-white-house-over-potential-hatch-act-violation/

Summary of the Hatch Act of 1939: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hatch_Act_of_1939

An employee of the White House knowingly violated the law, took actions to cover up breaking the law, and worked with the DNC to break the law.

The media will completely ignore this, in their quest to get Madame Hillary, Queen of America, elected.

A possible violation of the Hatch Act? Better get the FBI on this! Oh, wait. Never mind.

I think the Hatch Act disallows it on government time.

You can still campaign outside of work.

From my perspective. Lynch meeting with Mr. Clinton and Director Comey’s treasonous statements, there is NOTHING that can be proven this election cycle that means a damned bit of difference legally. It just will NOT happen.

It is up to the ballot casters to decide. I pray they do so with the semblance of a soul God gave them.

Also, it is my belief that if you work for the FBI then you are a co-conspirator in a very criminal enterprise. You are, in fact, a criminal thug, IMO.

There are many (if not 99.9%) honest FBI agents.

Politics and backroom deals at the top, no doubt. Don’t lump all agents in with Comey. That’s like blaming all federal employees because Obama won two elections.

Good stuff. Being cynical, you asked for comments. By the new FBI standards, if he did not know he was breaking the law, he can’t be prosecuted. Anything goes now.

President Obama walks with Simas, a first-generation Portuguese-American, at the NATO Summit in Lisbon, Portugal.

Is he still there? I find no evidence that he has been replaced. I doubt that anything will happen. Proving that he intended to do harm would be impossible, no prosecutor would prosecute. /sarcasm

You couldn’t prove it by me about any of the percentage you cite. Where are the resignations? Where are ANY resignations? I just am not buying any of it.

Well, we all know that this doesn't matter one little iota.

But, somebody (are you listening Mr. Cruz, Mr. Kasich, Mr. Krauthammer and Mr. Levin?) better start taking a serious look at history and real world conditions. Where ever corrupt and lawless governments have been able to take over with impunity freedom is lost, followed by economic collapse. In our case those two things would probably be followed by military and defense weakness, social upheaval and maybe total take over by who knows who or what.

The most troubling aspect of this, for me at least, is that a strong 90% of our media, 1/2 of our congress, a good portion of our justice system and at least 50 MILLION of our fellow citizens are eager for the jump to unbridled corruption and lawlessness in government and will vote to support it in November.

Au Contraire.

Laws matter A LOT when someone other than a Democrat violates them.

For the Democrats, there is no rule of law, no accountability or fair play. It is Communism pure and simple. The party is everything and party leaders decide.
