arg...this again ?..when she was done answering a question, she immediately got bombard by multiple people with different questions.

Honestly, I wouldn’t go out on a limb and say ‘seizure’, if anything it is another demonstration of just how effin’ daffy Hillary Rotten Criminal is, however her health issues (coughing jags, crazy lenses in her glasses in the past), all point to the fact that more needs to be known about just what ails her (besides an empty soul sold out to Satan).
I think I saw this one. I think she was genuinely trying to be ‘funny’ in response to the immediate questions the two reporters blurted out at the same time. I submit she didn’t go off like a maniac is because the two reporters (IIRC) were women and Hillary was being the old (you know) that she really is.

It was not a seizure.
It seems to have been kicked off when she turned her head right and was startled by the proximity of a mic shoved at her.
My guess: It is an escape chute if needed. Like any banana republic dictator keeps a fueled plane on the tarmac for a quick getaway. If the polls show the powers that be that she is not going to win even with voter fraud, she WILL be punted and replaced. She may need to escape from the fangs of her own party, so... cough cough... ‘It is is great regret that I....’

I think she is initially startled for some reason...and reflexively jerks her head back. Then she does all the head bobbing to try and make light of it. She even makes the latte comment - indicating the coffee is making her jumpy.
Still goofy looking though.
