Try it out by defunding police where he lives.

I wonder what these folks will do once there are no police, and they get robbed, mugged or raped

Revenue sharing was one of the many bad gifts of faux conservative president Richard M. Nixon. Add the EPA and OSHA to that list as well as taking the US off the gold standard.

One of the best reforms for a return of fiscal sanity as well as return to federalism would be to end all federal grants to localities and states. This would reduce federal spending and allow the people in the states to decide if they want the services and programs the federal government formerly funded. Entire departments could be eliminated including Labor, HUD, much of HHS, Commerce, OSHA, much of the EPA, Education, Agriculture, much of Interior, Homeland Security, much of Justice.

According to his logic?

If we had NO MILITARY, there wouldn’t be any more wars.

Did you know there are adult coloring books, and they are high in the selling list of books?

Exactly correct, WilliamCooper1.

They would be like, "You say you are Mark Ruffa-what?
Shut up and give me your wallet before I bust a cap in your azz..."

It’s certainly easy to crack on this silly schmuck and his so obvious hypocrisy. But...give it a second look.

I’m not sure I disagree with the notion of taking federal funds out of local law enforcement coffers. Seems to me that local LE should be funded locally; much like local schools should be funded locally, etc.

After all is said and done, the best government is local, always. The insidious usurpation of local control that has developed out of (so-called) Federal monies being sent back to local entities under the guise of block grants, grants in kind, etc., is nothing more than continued FedGov meddling in things beyond their right and proper Constitutional authority.

If the local populace believes they should be protected by MRAP’s, they should fund them.
If the local authorities need new equipment, they should make the case to their protected constituency, sway local public opinion and move forward.

The largesse raining down from DC (using taxpayer funds) serves to cultivate local obedience to nationalist pogroms.

As a former small-town LEO, and mayor, I stood by this notion then, and I see no reason to change that opinion at this time.

I don’t know where his primary residence is, but, he has a home along the Delaware River in Sullivan County NY and has become the darling of the left in this community. He is outspoken on local environmental issues (fracking ect.) He was invited to go coyote hunting with some of the local boys a while back but never responded to the invitation. lol. Just another celebrity dipshit.
