DOJ personnel to receive ‘implicit bias’ training
The Justice Department of said it will incorporate “implicit bias” training as part of its regular training program for all DOJ law enforcement agents and prosecutors.

“Through the new training, over 28,000 department employees will learn how to recognize and address their own implicit bias, which are the unconscious or subtle associations that individuals make between groups of people and stereotypes about those groups,” said an announcement of the new training. “Implicit bias can affect interactions and decisions due to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion and socio-economic status, as well as other factors. Social science has shown that all individuals experience some form of implicit bias but that the effects of those biases can be countered through training.”

I did the test and came out “neutral”.
Is “neutral” a bias?
The Dept of inJustice has their own problems with bias. Hillary is not the only example, but maybe the most egregious.
I remember being in the Air Force (1968-1976) when Affirmative Action was all the rage and every unit, every man, etc. had to undergo some form of ‘diversity training’.
It usually consisted of a bunch of white enlistees being handed over to some black NCO or other diverse ‘instructor’ and humiliated for 1 or 2 days. If I were to put a more academic term on it since having endured it, I’d call it Oppressive Indoctrination via Threats.

We’re all guilty citizens. No bias.
Just stop arresting minorities and Obama will think you have gotten rid of your biases.

For decent people, a bias is sometimes necessary. For example: I would not hire a cross-dressing transwhatever - not because of their ‘gender identity, but that person is GUARANTEED to be a detriment, not an asset, to any organization!
Otherwise known as the “why straight white males suck” presentation. Wonder if they’re borrowing slides from the Army.
The purpose was to instill fear in you and to impress upon you that besides the hierarchy of command to which you had to be responsible, there was also a different hierarchy that had no objective standards or rules from which to work other than total acceptance of their conditioning.
