I think we originally called it race relations around 1976. I am not sure, but maybe that had bad connotations, so it was changed to human relations, then later, it was known as social actions. I didn't care for it much. Whenever I went to these classes, for the most part, I didn't have much to say.
Maybe they had their purpose. I am just not sure exactly what it was supposed to be.

For decent people, a bias is sometimes necessary. For example: I would not hire a cross-dressing transwhatever - not because of their ‘gender identity, but that person is GUARANTEED to be a detriment, not an asset, to any organization!

The purpose was to instill fear in you and to impress upon you that besides the hierarchy of command to which you had to be responsible, there was also a different hierarchy that had no objective standards or rules from which to work other than total acceptance of their conditioning.
