What do you infer from this from the article?
Studio 74’s website says the facility brings “dance programming to underserved communities and the general public to reach audiences and participants of all ages, abilities, ethnicities, and socio-economic backgrounds.”
Gang related.

My mom grew up in a locale where "dance" meant only one thing: polka… and lots of it. This was the real deal, what with the Czech demographics of the place, and as such there was a lot of beer drinking and general merriment to be had. These people all had a gun or two around the house or out in the barn, and they knew how to use same.
So how come that "volatile" mix - dancing, partying, alcohol, hormones and access to firearms - didn't result in mayhem?

Not terrorism, my guess. Whether the real definition or the dumbed-down version.
I gather that simply because it says just a couple were hit OUTside an establishment.
The few and the outdoors is the key for me. My guess would be common thuggery, a hit job on someone who “dissed” them.
