Did the Mayor, Police Chief and the San Jose Fire Dept. violate the City's Code of Conduct? Respect, courtesy, concern and responsiveness... Surely that would mean helping a young boy begging for help from a truck load of firefighters? Has to be seen to be believed: http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2016/06/san-jose-firefighters-refused-help-teen-trump-supporter-fleeing-terror-mob/

They should all be recalled or fired, permanently barred from similar work. Hopefully, lawsuits from their inaction will bankrupt the city, not that they’d care.

Perhaps the City Code of Ethics for San Jose should be renamed to the “Code of Ethnics”. That’s more appropriate, IMO.

City officials and employees are obligated to uphold the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of California and to comply with Federal, State, and local laws and City policies

Then they should ALL BE FIRED for not Upholding FEDERAL LAW as Required. There are also numerous State Laws they REFUSED to Uphold.

Like this LAW!!

California Penal Code Section 185 PC: Wearing Mask Or Disguise To Evade Police
1. Definition and Elements of the Crime
police evasion

While wearing masks or disguises is not usually illegal, if someone wears a mask or disguise to avoid being detected by the police he or she could be charged with a criminal offense. Under California Penal Code Section 185 PC, it is unlawful to wear a mask or disguise in order to evade the police.

To prove that a defendant is guilty of wearing a mask or disguise to evade the police, a prosecutor must be able to prove the following elements:

The defendant wore a mask, false whiskers, or any personal disguise
The defendant evaded or escaped discovery, recognition or identification
AND the defendant was in the commission of a public offense.

OR:

The defendant wore a mask, false whiskers, or any personal disguise
The defendant’s use of the mask, false whiskers or any personal disguise was used for the purpose of concealment, flight or escape
AND the defendant was charged with, arrested for or convicted of a public offense.

I saw lots of Illegal Alien Criminal Invaders in DISGUISE!!

I too saw a great many thugs with face coverings. However, there were a great number of them who can be readily identified if any official cares to do so......

Sung to the tune of DO YOU KNOW THE WAY TO SAN JOSE?

Do you know the way to San Jose?
I’m going back to find some gringos to hit in San Jose.
I’ve got lots of friends in San Jose.
The mayor and Chiefs will cover for me in San Jose.

La Raza is a great big crime family.
Hit a hundred gringos and be a star.

People attacked by violent mobs---and refused protection and aid from public safety personnel should question San Jose's Public Safety budget and the dispersal of its finances.

The SEC, FBI, banking overight agencies, and the IRS, would be interested in the activities of San Jose and state/city entities WRT issuing tax-exempt bonds AND the whereabouts of the bond revenue for Public Safety bond issues.

EMAIL---FBI TIPS PAGE https://tips.fbi.gov

EMAIL--enforcement@SEC.gov

Contact the IRS Fraud Unit

EMAIL Banking oversight agencies

============================================

Taxpayers should find out which San Jose banks are facilitating this.

<><> Which San Jose banks are designated the repositories of municipal tax dollars.

<><> Which San Jose banks are dispensing tax-exempt bond proceeds.

The Bank Secrecy Act should be mobilized----to follow the paper trail and determine how San Jose tax dollars changed hands; to determine the scope and dimension of collusion in sub rosa deals and who might be personally profiting.

<><> L/E needs to examine San Jose officials' bank accounts.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer funds from one account to another, and/or wire-transferred offshore;

<><> To cover their tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate purposes.

<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for insiders' personal use and/or for redistribution schemes, perhaps to La Raza.

===============================================

NOTE WELL Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes. “The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

Shady banking transactions could be prosecuted under the (1) Bank Secrecy ACT, (2) RICO, and, (3) the Hobbs Act.

=============================================

<><> L/E should get ahold of: (1) copies of San Jose city checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including snail mail, e-mail, mobile devices, cell phones, (8) contracts, (9) loan agreements, (10) other account books or official records.

L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub- brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers, (f) perhaps La Raza organizations.

<><> L/E should scrutinize bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

<><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC accounts, to money launder and to operate personal ventures;

Tax fraud may also be a factor, facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intra-bank transfers from legal bank accounts into personal accounts, or redistribution schemes perhaps to La Raza.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether bank withdrawals support and luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel....... and gifts from luxury outlets.

The Mayor the Police Chief (perhaps the Fire Dept) are easy targets for lawsuits.

ITEM If they told the truth on incidence reports they are required to fill out---they're screwed. If they falsified the incidence reports---they're screwed.Note that falsifying official documents is the preferred criminal method for covering-up larger crimes.

=======================================

La Raza Mayor Liccardo has to be stupidity personified. He has already admitted guilt.... he opined about the pattern at Trump rallies. He Ken there would be trouble.....so thy did he not move to protect San Jose taxpayers from thugs?

===================================================

. A ppears there is a conspiracy by Mayor Liccardo and Police Chief Garcia (1) to let thugs burn the American flag, (2) to maul and attack Trump supporters, and, (3) advance intl plots to overthrow the US govt.

L/E looking the other way as Trump supporters were attacked cannot be tolerated. This MUST be investigated and punishment meted out at the highest level possible.

Time to open the books of tax-subsidized San Jose law enforcement agencies. What are they requesting tax dollars for? And what are they doing with tax dollars?

Garcia and Liccardo are both La Raza activists---did La Raza ever receive tax dollars from S/J budgets? For what reason? How as it used?

Taxpayers demand investigations by the following agencies commence at once:

<><> FBI -- Wire Fraud Division

<><> IRS-Fraud Unit

<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,

<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.

<><> DOJ's Criminal Division-- Public Integrity Section

<><> DOJ Criminal Division--Organized Crime and Gang Section.

===============================================

It is also possible that San Jose L/E official committed other federal offenses including but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery); NOTE falsifying official documents is the preferred criminal method to cover-up larger crimes)

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civiland/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies, collusion, aiding and abetting violations of the Civil Rights of San Jose taxpayers).

Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because: (1) the errant L/E personnel are (1) employed by or associated with an enterprise (2) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (3) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (4) through a "pattern" (5) of racketeering activity, and, (6) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the "pattern" of racketeering activity.

Alleged Offenses could include: Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

<><>42 U.S. Code § 1983 - Civil action for deprivation of rights Current through Pub. L. 114-38. (See Public Laws for the current Congress.)

Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable.

For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia. (R.S. 1979; Pub. L. 96–170, Dec. 29, 1979, 93 Stat. 1284; Pub. L. 104–317, title III, 309(c), Oct. 19, 1996, 110 Stat. 3853.)
