Where did he get the alcohol? The hosts of the party could be in trouble if they were serving alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. It's Wisconsin. One of the last states in the union to raise the drinking age to 21 after they were basically forced to or lose federal highway funding.
Most adults don't take it seriously.
