Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus laid out the boundaries for both Donald Trump and his many opponents Friday in a speech aimed at holding together his party at a time when it seems it is under assault from all sides.
Priebus opened his speech to RNC members here with a stern shot at the #NeverTrump forces.
"It is essential to victory in November that we all support our candidate," Priebus said. "This goes for everyone, whether you're a county party chairman, an RNC member or a presidential candidate. Politics is a team sport, and we can't win unless we rally around whoever becomes our nominee."

Priebus is encouraging more combat between TRUMP and Cartel Cruz supporters, with the GOPE.
THIS INCREASES THE CHANCES FOR A “PARACHUTE CANDIATE” ALA PAUL RYAN.
We don’t need no stinking warnings from the center of the Establishment circle of the RNC, desperate to reinstate their power.
The implication is that the various delegate camps can be exhausted at Convention, wear out their hotel reservations, miss their planes home and will AGREE ON PAUL RYAN, or some other tool of the RINO CENTRAL COMMAND.
Its a little late for this. Either he is working against Trump or he has no control or discipline over its members/politicians.
For Ben Sasse, Lindsey Graham and others to make the remarks they have- they should be stripped of any RNC money for reelection- or at least threatened until they shut up.
Ditto to what you said...this is a free country, Priebus is not the King nor is anyone else, if we want to protest, licensed approved or rally, license approved then by heck that is what we will do!!!
I don’t think so! Especially since so many of us were forced to have to join this party to be able to vote for the candidate of our choice!

Priebus needs to back off. He knows how to charm and he knows how to lean on people. This is leaning. It may even be Alinsky, I’m not sure.
He can either charm us, or go butt a stump, but we are rolling these gamers one way or the other, sooner or later.

Right, Prince Reibus needs to shut his damn mouth and back off. Little man is all talk and no action. He’ll be fired and it can’t happen soon enough.
No doubt this has been an acrimonious lead up to the National Convention.
But at some point the party has got to come together.
It is time for the Cruzers and the Trumpsters to calm down, metaphorically share some wine, and engage in a ewwwwgh group hug. It is time to settle our differences and heal our wounds. We must look at the fight we have before us as the Democrats work to paint us in a corner before we have united in opposition to their false narratives and mis-characterizations. You heard it in Hillary’s New York victory speech. Take time to watch it. She is the master of the lie and the spin. It is why I call her the Hildebeast because she reminds me of those old Godzilla movies where the humans have the impossible job of stopping the Beast.
Look at the contest between Cruz and Trump as a football game. The outrageous attacks should be compared to committing a foul in the game. All during the game, there are fouls. We see them as a part of the game. The same fouls are the verbal insults and mis-characterizations. There are shenanigans of every description, like in football, with on-side kicks. If there was a political umpire, the candidates would lose a few delegates.
However, this is political football and the only umpire is the people. It is time to unite behind the winning team, douse the coach with the Gatter Aid and work to win the Super Bowl in November. We know the Democrats, behind der Hildebeast, will be (as the Seattle Seahawks call it) in Beast Mode as they do everything they can (including cheat) to win the game.
