A federal appeals court has ruled that a Virginia high school violated the law by forcing a transgender teen to use the bathroom based on the biological sex that the teen was born. The case is expected to have significant implications for the recently passed North Carolina law that includes a similar provision.
The Virginia case involves a student named Gavin Grimm, who was born female but identifies as male. Though Grimm was permitted to use the boys’ restroom for a short period of time in 2014, complaints from parents compelled the school board to adopt a policy that required students to use the restroom that corresponds to the sex that they were born, or opt to use a single-stall restroom instead.

This is what this is all about. It is to encourage gender confusion among young people. The American College of Pediatricians has cited overwhelming evidence that encouraging gender choice among young people is extremely harmful.

I can not help but feel that that is the point among liberal Democrats. They want to harm young people.
The decision was 2 to 1. The two Obama appointees voted to overturn the School Board Decision and allow students to determine their gender by choice.

We the people haven’t gone mad nearly as much as the government which is supposed to be acting on our behalf and to our benefit has.
I don’t know exactly what Donald Trump has proposed or would propose for a situation like this, but this kind of disconnect and his promise to address it explains his general popularity. Crude and sometimes of questionable personal morality, he still gets it when the people speak.
To be fair here, however, maybe the boy/girl is now between a rock and a hard place. His/her parents said fine, be one thing if you wish. The school does not want to go by the “dressed phenotype.” This might be a worse issue in a gym shower than it is in a bathroom where one could go in a stall.
Maybe we might find a support for home schooling from an unexpected quarter. You brought up a fruit, maybe you’re the best people to raise it. Don’t give it to a vegetable farm.

Parents are home schooling their kids over Common Core, as well as sending them to private schools. Some parents might do the same as far as bathrooms are concerned.

That is exactly what this is all about. Liberals need a continuous stream of broken, submissive participants to power their twisted perversion machine...making the victims more than willing to mindlessly participate in anything from fisting to voting Democrat.
“Discriminatory” is not always bad. Having separate boys and girls restrooms is discrimanatory. That’s a good thing.

At some point we need to stop taking federal money and kick their asses out of our schools!!!
This is not about rights or discrimination. It’s about forcing us to deny the fact of human nature that there are two sexes, as shown quite clearly by chromosomes and the presence or absence of a male appendage.
Once this is accepted and the normal people are no longer resisting, the left moves on to BI, and then to incest, and then to human/animal “marriage”.
I wonder what a human/animal bathroom will look like. Fire hydrants next to the urinals?
