From what I hear, he and his campaign went out and bought the cover shoot. Melania did a cover shoot for GQ a very strong modeling picture. No big deal. But it was a cover shoot for GQ a big magazine. And it was, you know, fine and, if from what I hear, he was the one, or his campaign bought the rights and give it to the super PAC. That super PAC is friendly to Ted Cruz. He started it. I didn’t.

It makes sense if you put yourself in CruzCamp’s shoes, knowing that the Rubio people have been pushing the idea that the is a sex scandal brewing and trying to the a media outlet to run with it. The motive for releasing the GQ photo wasn’t because they needed help in Utah, but because they knew all this other stuff would be forthcoming and Cruz’s new strategy seems to be to try to pre-empt issues rather than react to them. Well, that didn’t quite work out...

Just as an aside, by doing nothing, the damage to Cruz runs on and on unabated, until Cruz does the investigation. Note that Cruz never apologized about his campaign people posting the nude picture. Where is your outrage?

Well yesterday and today Mr.Dem never responded to my postings that I did write WrightMedia to sak if they had the rights to said picture and if they sold or leased to rights and to whom. He just keeps saying that I need to talk with them...I did and he keeps saying it...

Also, there is a separate company, Conde Nast, that handles all permissions for the use of copyrighted photos from GQ. It is apparently not handled by anyone at GQ.

I did all that three days ago. Came up with nothing. As posted up front, I have contacted GQ, CondeNast and WrightMedia as to who, if anyone secured the rights to use the Melania pic. Its Easter weekend...of course no answer until sometime next week, if at all.

And the evidence of this is where? A twitter post? Have you forwarded that evidence to the FEC?

BTW was the picture doctored in anyway or was it originally posted with her consent. Did GQ list or confirm who they sold it to, or was it used under the fair use rules, or does repeating a lie make it true?

As long as there is all of this speculation, how do you know it wasn't the Trump folks that allowed its use to justify a vicious counter attack. As long as we are watching the black helicopters circle the Republican race.
