Republicans Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio, who suspended their presidential campaigns, removed their names from New York's primary ballot by the deadline Tuesday, but Ben Carson didn't.

So New York Republicans will be able to vote for four candidates on April 19: businessman Donald Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas, Ohio Gov. John Kasich and Carson, a neurosurgeon who suspended his campaign March 4 after failing to win in any states.

Well maybe Carson can beat Cruz in New York like Rubio beat Cruz in Arizona.

Actually, the more likely thing will be that the Cruz campaign will dupe gullible NY voters into believing that Dr Carson dropped out.

Yeah, Carson STILL trying to hurt Cruz on Trump’s behalf. We’ll see if Trump comes through for him if Trump becomes President.

Carson voters are so stupid they’ll vote for Ted over Trump thinking it gives Carson a chance to still win.

For the first time in my life my vote can actually help select a nominee. In NY it is usually all done by the time the primary gets around to us. I double checked my registration card yesterday, LOL. I had been “no party”, but last summer I changed to repub so I can vote in the primary.

I think if Romney and Cruz’s super pac don’t lay off of Trumps wife we will see Cruz pulling about 1% of the NY Republican vote. MASSIVE amounts of European immigrants and second gen in NY. Heck, I am one myself.
