Have you seen the anti-Trump video that features women quoting Donald Trumps most offensive statements about women?
I just showed it to a woman. She thought it was funny. Apparently nothing that Trump says comes off as offensive to her.
The reason I checked with a woman is because I didnt trust my own reaction. To me, the video looked like the most tone-deaf ad of all time. I would rank it as among the worst I have ever seen in terms of persuasion. Im guessing it worked in Trumps favor.
...snip.....
I predict that 85% of women and 95% of men simply think it is funny and they end up with a more positive image of Trump as a person who says whatever he is thinking. That quality has almost universal appeal on an interpersonal level.

CNN played the ad as part of a “news story” 4 times in 1 hour on Monday morning.
Women work and live in the real world and don’t have the luxury of a chick card, unlike wealthy DC women, so they don’t care.
Everything in in the add is extremely effective until................
Diana, She had the Beauty She had the Height, She was crazy, but those are little details.
What a friggin man. How hilarious is that. I burst out laughing. It makes whomever watches the add forget all the negative.
How did Trump get that line into the add? Sheer genius. It became a pro Trump add. Real women look at the crazies and roll their eyes.
Thanks for posting. I saved a copy for those times when I’m feeling a bit down.
/LOL
Sidebar Moderator deleted it when I posted it in Chat forum.
They called it FLAMEBAIT.
I can see the phone call. “Sheldon enough already, I am not taking a penny.” “Ok if you really want to help then pay the salary of that one b!tch I met in your advertising department to go work for Hillary.” “What is in it for me? Nothing..... I am doing you a favor, and it will not matter and you wont need to listen to her until January.” “Yes Sheldon, you are welcome.”
A SHEER POLITICAL GENIUS.
sadly there are a lot of easily offended people/women out there... but I suspect most hang on the left.
I don’t like Trumps personality... but not because he insults people, however the vitriol by some on the right towards him is baffling to me.
I’m voting #neverHillary
To be fair. “pig”, “slob”, and “degenerate” were all used to describe Rosie O’Donnell, so he was being accurate.
Give them a break. We are on the front line of a wild fire. Sometimes it is unknown which way the wind will turn, or has been in the past. I think they are safe to just get behind Trump’s sails and ride out the storm but it is their site and not mine.
The ad comes off like an SNL parody ad. The sources cited for the quotes are misleading too. Many of the quotes come from Howard Stern’s show and a Twitter feud with Rosie.
Not Trump’s finer moments, but Megyn Kelly, serious news person, has her own record of eyebrow raising comments on the Stern show.
I think it’s funny. I know at least one of the quotes (”blood coming out of her wherever”) was misinterpreted, anyway.
I resent the fact that women are supposed to watch something like this and get all huffy and offended. Like we’re a bunch of sensitive, fragile flowers. Trump says stuff about men, too, but we’re supposed to shriek in horror over this video. I find it condescending that the video was made, not that Trump said those things.
The already pro-Trump women will not be dissuaded.
The women on the fence, will experience moisture. And vote for the Alpha Male.
VERY GOOD.
It's going to take a little more substance to impress even mildly intelligent people.
And.......I’ve probably said worse about some of those women. Lol
Good wasted dollars. It did however employ people to do the work.
Romney loves blowing other peoples money.
No doubt Romney has his acceptance speech written and his suit pressed.
He's ready to accept the nomination.
the person paying for that commercial is the owner of the Chicago cubs, one Marlene Ricketts who donated $2 million to the Our Principles PAC, the organization that released the commercial presumably on behalf of Ted Cruz. Let that sink in Trumpeteers.
