The Gary thugs are fleeing increased Assets being thrown at drug and violent crimes in the NWI, and coming to Indianapolis, where they think they are safer, and can get lost in the crowd.
It is blacks killing blacks... and everyone else. The majority of those murders are either NE or E Indy (42nd and Post) with some stragglers near Washington or Michigan Aves on the W side.

When we travel to Virginiat we purposely head south from the Twin Cities to avoid Madison/Chicago/Gary. It’s really simple, what do we want for scenery, wall to wall liberals killing each other off, or the corn fields of Iowa?

Lets do some math. There are 6.6 million people in Indiana. That’s 66 one hundred thousands.
213/66=3.23, or a rate of 3.23/100,000, not the 34.15/100,000 the article states.
This leads me to believe that it’s 34.15/100,000 of the BLACK population.
The TOTAL murders in Indiana in 2012 were 307. Therefore, about 70% of the murders were committed by less than 10% of the population.
This is clarified in a different article in the Star. “The national black homicide rate in 2012 was 18.03 victims per 100,000 people, while the overall national homicide rate was 4.50 victims per 100,000 people, according to the study.”
Shocked they're not going to Chicago, it's only 30 minutes away as opposed to two hours to Indy.

Be careful of statistics....I believe that this is deaths per 100,000 population. Indiana only has about 6.6 million people.
If so, I'd say Indiana has found a harmonic balance we should all aim for.
Yep, Indiana has 92 counties, yet 3 of them are the biggest lib infested shit holes in the whole state. Marion County(Indianapolis), Lake County(Chicago suburb) and Monroe County(Bloomington - IU). These three counties are not a representation of the state, but we get whitewashed because of all the liberal pukes.

Not that much violence in the kokomo area. Less outside of kokomo.
Worry not...while Kokomo i a little rougher than it should be (union G.M. influence) is is really pretty nice and the surrounding area (I live in Logansport) 20 or so miles away....all is well in this area except for the late methamphetamine and other drug outbreaks.....don't do them, don't be in touch with them....this area is entirely safe...great police protection...sleep tight.
