Mitt Romney gives the dumbest political advice of the year
Convention of States ^ | February 25, 2016 | Mike Farris

Posted on 03/03/2016 9:39:11 PM PST by VitacoreVision

Mitt Romney gave the dumbest political advice of the year last Tuesday in an appearance at Babson College. He started off OK. He said he understands the frustration of voters--after all, GOP leaders have failed to deliver on many of their promises. But what should GOP leaders address, according to Romney?

He "urged national leaders to take on big problems, including issues that the GOP has rarely put at the fore during the past year, such as climate change, poverty, education and income inequality."

Are you kidding me? Was this advice for Bernie Sanders or the GOP?

The GOP is in big trouble because Mitch McConnell and John Boehner have run Congress like they're Democrats on a cheap date.

The GOP is dead unless they figure this out: the purpose of government is NOT to supply our needs. The purpose of government is to protect life, liberty, and property.

If he would have attacked Hussein like he did Don, he’d be President Right Now!

Im glad Mitt did this. We have endured four years of people telling us how wonderful he would have been. This was a reminder on why he really sucked.

Minor Article V ping.

This is a brief Mike Farris op-ed on Mitt Romney in which he argues that a Convention of the States is the correct answer to our problems.

That’s what a lot of people are saying. Mutt has the gall to call Trump a fraud and a phony when he was tip toeing around Obama? Sometimes I wonder if Mutt was just a plant and that election was fixed all along, he was just a placemat to give people the illusion they had a choice.

You mean like McCain/Palin as an illusion as well?

I’ve had this feeling for several years. Of the fifty-odd Republican senators.....I can only think of four who I consider as authentic Republicans. The rest in my mind are fake or just pretenders.

he’d be President Right Now!

But with positions like this, we probably wouldn't be too happy about that right now.

And this was the guy that was defending Conservatives against the “Liberal” Trump yesterday?

This is all because they won’t admit people are furious over illegal immigration.

I watched some idiot “expert” on CNN (or Fox what’s the difference) and be said people are angry but they can’t explain why. In describing what people tell him the words “illegal immigration” never left his lips.

Romney is an absolute phoney.

Romney is a punk.

Yeah, but he's the Uniparty's punk.

I'm troubled that he may actually think that I voted for HIM in 2012, instead of for "The Republican Candidate".
