Trump voter or not, this short article is a very good brief explanation of the International Trade issues that are a part of Trump's platform.

In his sermons, Sen. Cruz hardly even mentions economics, jobs, trade etc.

The good news for Trump from the FR standpoint is that the management is not banning people who support him.

You should’ve seen the flame war eight years ago over Giuliani. Or four years ago against mitt Romney.

The CFR makes our trade policies. Most politicians main job is getting reelected.

Both Trump and Sanders have their roots in Brooklyn. Trump is the classic neighborhood street fighter. Sanders is the local wimp. Sanders has been unable to attack Hillary for being corrupt, dishonest and having no accomplishments. He has no stomach to really fight and win the nomination. What Trump did to Bush, Cruz and Rubio is nothing compared to what he will do to Hillary to win the Presidency.

Many people who - like me - don’t have a very deep understanding of international trade and economics, still recognize that something has been very wrong for a long time. They also realize that if anyone does understand those things, it’s a man like Trump.

This is where a lot of his support is coming from, despite so many efforts to mark us all as xenophobes because we plainly also want ‘The Wall’.

That’s what Sen. Sessions cited in favor of Trump to Mark Levin last week — trade and immigration.

Trump is the only one with a winning theme ~ make america great again! He is the only only that talks about the most important issues, borders, security, military, trade deficits, jobs, bill of rights, immigration. These other fools are just trying to stay in second place.

Before becoming POTUS he will have to first defeat HITLERy — with the American voting public, this may be an unsurmountable problem unless Trump promises free college and other goodies, gratis.
America, you’re in deep doo-doo.

Outstanding article !

Trade and immigration is what it is all about. Trump is the only one who has been on this. The rest of them are on the other side.

In the next big war, not only will the USA not have the manufacturing capability it needs, it will be hosting a huge population from the enemy country for sabotage and subversion.

Trump would be an economic disaster - if any of his ideas actually are implemented.

Imagine a 25% price increase for American consumers and businesses.

If you liked the auto bailout, you’ll love Trump economics.

More central government control.

He’ll never win the general. He’s pissed off too man of his opponent’s supporters.

Establishment will stay home because they will want to make a point that he can’t win the general.

Christians will stay home when Trump FINALLY gets vetted in the general election and they learn of his VERY anti-Christ like behavior. I’m not judging, I’m analyzing what will happen in the general. Just hide and watch.

As someone who lived 27 years in East Asia, I know what a rich seam Trump is tapping into as he focuses on America’s trade disaster.

This is only one of many reasons Trump has tapped into support. The primary ones are secure borders, strengthening the economy (trade is just a part of it), Voters are PO'd at the establishment pols who do nothing, we hate PC, we are doing nothing to fight terrorism, we don't support vets, we want to make America Great again by reducing the size and scope of government AND now we need to also focus on SCOTUS and our Freedoms.
