city used eminent domain to specifically benefit a private Party, DONALD TRUMP.

The CITY attempted to use eminent domain, not Trump. The ad claims Trump did it and wants people to believe Trump was the main actor.

If the ad were truthful, at best it would say something to the effect that the government entity attempted to use eminent domain for Trump's benefit.

It's just typical deceitful advertising. Nothing new.

Trump was the main actor. The city would not have condemned the property if it were not for Trump’s desire to have it.

If you read the court opinion, you would have seen that the city had absolutely no plans to ever use it for a publis purpose. Trump cospired with the city in an attempt to take the property. And yes, I know Trump did not succeed; ut it wasn’t for lack of trying.

Funny how Kenny claims it has alleged lies when he didn’t even watch it, because if he had, he would have seen it was a JEB ad.

A distinction without a difference.

Cruz’s campaign fights with the past or lies.

Why doesn’t the great debater Cruz take Trump on for his issues, with the truth.

Because Trump has a few generalities and no specifics.

Hat government agencies does Trump want to eliminate for example?

forget all about the 9th Commandment. . . .

The Ninth Commandment: "You shall not covet your neighbor's house." Well, that's what this eminent domain thing is about, isn't it? Kind of like King Ahab and Naboth's vineyard.

(BTW, most Christians around the world and throughout history consider "You shall not covet your neighbor's house" as the Ninth Commandment and "You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor" as the Eighth.)

A Bush ad, good point. Same fighting with past and lies. Same question to Bush, can’t you fight on issues?

Here is a quote from the Ted Cruz Facebook webpage, bragging that he is a co-sponsor of the Keystone Pipeline. How can you be for building the Keystone Pipeline, but against eminent domain?

“Passing the Keystone pipeline is a good start, but we need a job-creating energy agenda, far broader. The energy revolution that is already underway can produce the jobs and opportunities that our country needs to grow. All the federal government needs to do is get out of the way and let Americans do what they do best: dream, innovate, and prosper.”

Sen Cruz Files Pro-Growth, Pro-Jobs Keystone XL Pipeline Amendments

U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, today introduced three pro-growth, pro-jobs amendments to S. 1, the Keystone XL Pipeline Act, of which Sen. Cruz is a cosponsor.

That video is about Cruz being in favor of the government using eminent domain TO SECURE THE BORDER..

It says nothing about Cruz being in favor of using eminent domain to build a parking lot for a private business.

I agree with you. That’s a very effective ad.

Ain’t it funny .... how all the Trumpees thought it was from Ted?

Well, we’ll take it. Thanx,Jeb.
