‘This was all planned’: Former IG says Hillary, State Dept. are lying

The State Department is lying when it says it didnât know until it was too late that Hillary Clinton was improperly using personal emails and a private server to conduct official business â because it never set up an agency email address for her in the first place, the departmentâs former top watchdog says.
âThis was all planned in advanceâ to skirt rules governing federal records management, said Howard J. Krongard, who served as the agencyâs inspector general from 2005 to 2008.
The Harvard-educated lawyer points out that, from Day One, Clinton was never assigned and never used a state.gov email address like previous secretaries.
He also points to the unusual absence of a permanent inspector general during Clintonâs entire 2009-2013 term at the department. He said the 5½-year vacancy was unprecedented.
âThis is a major gap. In fact, itâs without precedent,â he said. âItâs the longest period any department has gone without an IG.â

So, why exactly was she trying to skirt the rules? Just to make it easier for her to negotiate deals for the Clinton Foundation? And, how many more Obama cabinet types are doing this type of illegal server arrangement? I'm sure she isn't the only one.

"This was all planned in advance" to skirt rules governing federal records management, said Howard J. Krongard, who served as the agency's inspector general from 2005 to 2008. Hillary, like Obama, wants to be President, but doesn't want to be held accountable.

If she gets indicted we will know that Obama was in on this from the beginning and held on to it to have something on Hillary,
I can’t think of any other possibility except GROSS INCOMPETENCE from all parts of the government

There’s NO WAY the White House didn’t know about this because they were sending emails to Hillary all along. Obama is absolutely complicit in this treason.

This is a major gap. In fact, it's without precedent he said. It's the longest period any department has gone without an IG. If I remember correctly, this has been a hallmark of the Hussien administration. Leaving department appointments vacant, until a suitable (more like the most unsuitable or inexperienced) replacement could be found.

In case anyone missed it, the Federal Government of the United States nothing but a gigantic mafia criminal money laundering enterprise. It no longer recognizes the Rule of Law, and has not for about a generation.

I’m not raising my hand for fear that the muslim in the white hut will have his IRS minions lop it off.
And no, I didn’t think Hillary was going to be indicted. I’ve spent my entire 30+ year career in the criminal law field, both in prosecuting and defending them. I know a criminal when I see one. Hillary Clinton is a criminal. And the fact that nothing will happen to her, and I know nothing will happen to her, tells me all I need to know about our thoroughly corrupt government.
Worse, the fact that millions of people will vote for her, just like they voted for 0bama, tells me all I need to know about our country.

Why didn’t Hillary Clinton set up an agency email address:
Odds:
70% - to avoid any accountability
60% - to avoid a paper trail that could be used against her election
50% - to funnel money into the Clinton Foundation
35% - to sell state secrets
20% - to purposefully make sensitive information easy to hack
0.0001% - because she thought it was permitted and it was a simple conveience
