He says right directly in that interview, “For the most it’s going to be private”, and as part of private he advocates the usual GOP stuff such as interstate competition.
All he’s talking about there is reforming Medicaid so it is more efficient. Jeesh—lying and misrepresenting, here or elsewhere, doesn’t help his opponents at all.
And the tax argument is bogus too. Low-income people now both pay significant taxes on their income via payroll taxes—and then a lot of them get actual EITC cash, too.
Trump has the best tax plan of any candidate for reviving the economy, which helps rich and poor alike.
They will just look past it like Obama voters. This is what we have come to in what is left of our country
