Really? Well, to put it in Clintonian terms: It all depends on what the definition of "subject" is.
Though you wouldn't know it from the Times, "subject" is a term of art in criminal investigations. It refers to one of the three categories into which prosecutors fit every relevant actor. Subjects are people whose conduct is being scrutinized and who, depending on what evidence turns up, may or may not be charged. This distinguishes them from targets, who are suspects virtually certain to be indicted for an obvious crime; and from mere witnesses, whose interaction with a suspect suggests no criminality on their part (e.g., the teller in a bank hold-up, or the neighbor awakened by a fatal gunshot next door).

The Obama Justice Department will indict Hillary when monkeys fly out of Obama’s butt.
There is no love lost between Obama and Hillary, but Hillary will keep most of Obama’s executive orders in place and a Republican president will not. Even more important, Hillary knows where all the bodies are buried. If Hillary goes down she will take Obama with her.

There is a MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) agreement between the two. Obama knows that if he tries to take her down, she'll go State's Evidence (pun intended) on him.
I could be wrong but it seems they are saying the FBI knows Hillary is not to be touched so they are trying to frame someone else

The Current Regime literally does not know if they should defecate or go blind.
Maybe Herself will suddenly develop a serious medical condition, and be forced to drop out of the running. If not that, then the Current Regime will have to make a decision - continue with Herself until nomination, and bet the ranch that Herself will somehow win? That would be a crap shoot for sure, if Herself loses, that would suck the Democrat party into a black hole from which it may be near impossible to recover, much like the years following the Civil War and well into the 20th Century, when there was effectively NO Democrat party organization in much of the country, except in dusty isolated Western states and the South. The power struggle then was between the “Old Guard” Republicans and the Progressive Republicans.
Only after the rise of the separation of the Progressives from the Republicans altogether came about, the Progressives gravitated to FDR’s New Deal, and have been in that party ever since.
But worse crap. What if Herself wins the Presidential election?

Have we yet been told where the emails containing classified information were sent by Hillary!/Clinton Criminal Slush Fund, or are the recipients too top level to disclose to us, the unwashed masses?
I would be very interested to know how many of our “good friends” received this top secret info, after, or course, paying a donation to the crime family.
No way the wife of a former President, her being a former Senator, then a former Sec of State will be arrested. One she has the goods on Obama and will use it. Two, she’s a democrat.
Imagine if this was a Republican former Sec of State. Repubs and Dems would gave that person in prison by now.

Obama and his justice department can drag their feet all they want to. If a non Democrat wins the White House, the Statute of Limitations for Hillary’s email crimes is TEN YEARS from the date of the crimes’ commission.
My guess would be the plan is to have hillary wrap up the nomination early and then the Kenyan will pardon her. She’s got such a huge super delegate lead that it’s going to be tough for Sanders to win if he doesn’t win right out of the primary gate.
Agree Lynch will never indict Hillary but I think the FBI will recommend it. That is going to be one helluva brouhaha.
